Welcome to our second place nestled in the country side. Where we hope you can spend your time relaxing, enjoying the scenery, and the abundance of wildlife. Wakeup to the sights and sounds of birds singing, sheep quietly grazing, Scottish Highland cattle calling and horses trotting on a quiet country morning. Expect to see deer grazing the property seemingly unaware of quite spectators as the sun starts to rise and burns off the morning dew. Our place is newly remodeled and ready for your stay. BEST place to stay if visiting the Ark Encounter!!
This gem is perfect for a family or extended family to relax after a day at the Ark or even the Creation Museum. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen had the tools we needed to have breakfast and dinners at the house. We enjoyed sitting around the firepit in the evenings and seeing the cows graze in the field next to us. The home is super clean and close to restaurants and shopping too. We hope to come back again sometime!

Girl's Spring Trip
The home was fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. Loved all the bible verses throughout the home. There were 6 of us ladies on our spring trip. We went to the Ark and Creation museum. We loved everything about our vacation.Thanks

Peaceful stay away from home
These hosts have outdone themselves and have a great space for families to come and enjoy the peaceful country life. The kids loved all the farm animals, the house cats and all the space to roam. We hope to stay at this house again.

Lovely stay
4 ladies staying for a women's conference at the Ark encounter. Beds were comfortable. The place was clean. Lots of winding roads to get there, but it's worth the drive!

Peaceful Experience!
We were in the area for a 2-day conference in the Answers Center at the Ark Encounter. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the Country's Edge #2! The location was perfect; close enough to the Ark, yet out on the beautiful rolling countryside. We didn't have any trouble with our stay and what little conversation we had with the host went very well. Our only regret is that we never had enough time to just veg out! We would have enjoyed sitting around a campfire or just relaxing under the porch roof, especially during a rainstorm! The Bible references on the wall are a great touch; thanks for the encouragement!! We would definitely stay here again - God Bless YOU!

Country Edge # 2
I am looking forward to booking more stays at this location.everything about it was perfect. My next visit I will be staying longer and just relaxing..I would like to recommend this place to everyone but I don't want it to become to popular so when I go it is available.It was just that great of a stay..I have traveled with jobs ect, so I am familiar with all types of hiccups' and unfortunate things that can happen and everything went smooth,this place had such peace about it..

Perfect

Pleasantly Peaceful
This home was pleasantly peaceful. Active days at the Ark and Creation Museum followed by peaceful evenings on the farm. Enjoyed seeing the animals in the surrounding pastures. Comfortable beds and a clean home made for a 12/10 stay!!!
