This hotel stay was extremely disappointing, primarily due to a disruptive guest and the inadequate response from the staff. After a long journey, I was looking forward to rest, but this was made impossible by another guest talking loudly on the phone and shouting at 3 AM. When I brought the situation to the staff's attention, their response was shocking. Instead of handling the disturbance themselves, they told me I had to speak to the intoxicated and disruptive guest myself. This is completely unacceptable. As a paying guest, I should not be responsible for managing other guests' behavior. It is the hotel staff's duty to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. I have traveled extensively and have never encountered such a situation where the staff abdicated their responsibility in this manner. This experience was incredibly frustrating and left me very disappointed with the hotel's service and management. I would not recommend this hotel based on this experience.

We stayed for three nights in Colour Cottage. We walked everywhere, with two children. The rooms were a little shabby but nothing that bothered us, as we were only in them to sleep. The pool was clean and the breakfast was good. Staff were all friendly. We would stay here again.

Fabulous place just a short walk from the beach. Simple, clean rooms with outdoor bathrooms. A lovely pool with sun and shade. Good breakfast and really friendly staff. As we arrived we were greeted with “welcome home”. This is my second visit and I hope to return soon.

Nous avions initialement réservé 4 nuits. A notre arrivée, les lieux ne nous inspiraient pas confiance, et nous aurions dû suivre notre intuition. A premier abord, on remarque - les draps trop usés, troués un peu partout - la moustiquaire dégueulasse, qui n’a certainement jamais été lavée de sa vie - Pas de lumière dans la chambre ou presque. Pareil dans la salle de bain. - Toiles d’araignée partout au plafond Nous déposons malgré tout nos affaires et sortons rapidement pour nos activités. A notre retour (minuit passée) on se rend compte que le lit est une catastrophe. Les ressorts nous rentrent dans le dos. Le matelas aspire tout notre poids comme si l’on dormait sur un hamac ! Étant donné l’heure avancée et notre état de fatigue, nous décidons dormir quand même et d’aviser le lendemain. Erreur ! Nous n’avons pas fermé l’œil ! On s’est fait défoncer par les punaises de lit. Ça nous grattait de partout c’était une horreur. On n’attendait qu’une chose, c’était que le soleil se lève pour se casser de la. Des qu’on a pu, nous sommes allés faire constater nos boutons chez le médecin. Ça nous a coûté des crèmes, des lessives, du temps et du stress ! Vraiment l’enfer je ne souhaite ça à personne. Passez votre chemin.
