In general, we had a great experience at the village. Staff is very customer oriented and they clearly wanted us to feel happy. Small details, like asking for towels and bathrobes several times to use the included sauna in a suite of a 4 star resort is surprising, but nothing we would complain about. Unfortunately, we had one very disappointing experience. We booked a snow mobile tour, which is to be expected a more adventurous tour. Particularly when looking at the brochure, where even the kids tour is advertised as follows: „…Why shouldn‘t kids also feel the thrill of driving a snow mobile..“ So having a clear expectation, the tour itself was very disappointing and absolutely not, what can be expected. We were driving between 12-15km/h majority of the time, because of a sled, due to kids joining the tour. It is a beautiful experience for the family, but should be clearly stated to your other customers, when booking. The offer to get two drinks as an excuse, or booking another experience for a discounted price, is not acceptable for us. Other guests have shared information with us, where snow mobile tour groups have been divided into slower and faster groups, while the slower group was driving much faster, than our tour. Unfortunately, we have been charged full price for the activity. We believe, in today’s world, the best companies are customer oriented, because the best customers are those that recommend the experience to their network. Even after kindly asking for a part refund and wiring an email to the management, nothing was offered but another activity half price after we did almost every activity and staying the las night there.
