The hotel literally needs to be renovated. Services are either very slow or no service. Only the manager seems to be understandable which i noticed is helpless in sorting out the things as not having authorized control. Food- not too good.

Whatever I review of this hotel will look like a paid advertisement. It has the best location at Ramakrishnapur beach of Vizag. One can find so many food options here and in front of the hotel. The rooms are real spacious. The view from the room is absolutely great. Sea-side wall is entirely glass. Bed-quality is also wonderful. Breakfast-spread is also great. Lots of delicacies are there, and one can place orders for other delicacies too. Room-service is also nice. The managerial staff at reception desk are always smiling and ready to help always. Housekeeping staff will almost make one irritated by their efforts to keep the rooms clean. And there is a large parking space down.

Location wise property situated in a very good location and access to sea beach is very easy. Food, amenities and services are also good.

Excellent staff behaviour, ambience, very neat and clean, conveniently located, superb view from sea view room, great breakfast spread. Absolutely recommended for stay at vizag beach. Value for money.

Location is the only advantage for this hotel. Staff was polite but the hotel stinks the moment you enter. For the name sake it is a big hotel but their false ceiling was totally damaged which causes stinky smell, moreover it fell off the moment we entered our room. We are lucky to escape it, they repaired it immediately. No basic things like hand wash, exhaust fan in the bathroom, they gave additional mattress to lay on the floor, no cot was given. Majorly, room filled with cockroaches, when complained they said that they'll change the room but they didn't. They are not even aware there are cockroaches in their hotel rooms. Overall, food was good

We cannot open windows and there are no fans either you live with central ac or switch off ac. Bathroom door is not study enough sounds will come out.

The executive sea view room was excellent and the behavior of the staff was very good. They have allowed early check in.
