Club Sun Heaven - All Inclusive

Great experience! The atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and inviting, the food was very tasty and the choice was rich - something for every taste. The rooms were very clean, stylishly decorated and well maintained. The location is ideal - just a short walk from the beach. I would especially like to praise the animation team, who created a pleasant and lively atmosphere throughout the holiday. A special thank you to the animator Kubi, whose energy and humor made every day enjoyable!

Food was bland, AC did not working, slides only operated for 2 hours in the afternoon including kids area kids play area was not safe with building materials left out including mixed concrete, loose tiles caused my son to fall and cut his leg, no barries or sfaety measures in place No AC , beware a twin double will not give you full two double beds will be 1 double and a single with a chair which unfolds into a bed. When challenging the hotel through love holidays they denied any of these claims mainly the building on play area despite me provide blatant photos, would not recommend full of money grabbing scumbags , only positive i would give was the staff was really nice.

While the hotel itself is spacious and offers a variety of activities with three pools, making it appealing for both adults and kids, my overall experience was far from what one would expect from a five-star establishment. The food selection was decent, and there was entertainment for all ages, including a kids' disco that, despite language barriers, my children enjoyed. However, the resort’s standards, especially regarding cleanliness, safety, and staff professionalism, left much to be desired. We chose Club Sun Heaven based on its five-star rating, expecting luxury, comfort, and exceptional service, but the reality was disappointing. The outdoor bathrooms were consistently filthy, with trash everywhere, unpleasant odors, and a lack of basic necessities like toilet paper and soap. Even after notifying reception multiple times, the issues remained unresolved. The kids' bathroom, while a nice concept with tiny toilets and sinks, was often in disrepair—missing soap, toilet paper, and was generally unhygienic. One particularly disturbing incident involved a male staff member entering the children’s bathroom without any cleaning supplies, which was completely inappropriate. The children’s playground was in poor condition, with broken equipment that posed a safety hazard. A dinosaur statue had a broken hand that remained on the ground throughout our stay, and my kids sustained minor injuries from sharp edges on the playground. The slides had dents, the swings were broken, and the entire play area was rusty and dangerous, making it difficult for me to relax while constantly worrying about their safety. Our room had similar cleanliness and maintenance issues. The showerhead had mold, and while the cleaning staff did a passable job, there was no attention to detail that would elevate the experience—no towel arrangements or extra touches despite leaving tips. Worse, the smell of body odor lingered after the cleaning, which was quite off-putting. The air conditioning frequently stopped working, and power outages were a common occurrence. The mini-bar, which was advertised as part of the ultra-inclusive experience, contained nothing but water—a stark contrast to what I’d expect from a five-star resort, where at least juice or beer should be available. Perhaps the most disheartening aspect was the attitude of the staff. From the moment we checked in, the receptionist, Mustafa, was dismissive and rude. When I greeted him with a smile and asked whether he preferred English or Russian, he responded curtly, "Turkish," without a smile or acknowledgment. Later, when we were waiting to extend our stay, he abruptly prioritized another guest who had cut the line without any explanation or apology, leaving us standing with two toddlers in tow. Throughout our stay, the staff consistently displayed a lack of warmth or professionalism. There were no smiles, no offers to assist, and when we went to the bar, we were often met with eye-rolls for requesting simple thing

This hotel is everything else but not 5 star or UAI! The quality of food, cleanliness, staff politeness is below average, mostly is terrible. Bed sheets, pillows, towels, whole restaurant it is super dirty and damaged! The food is super low quality, we had stomach problems. Housekeeping has forgotten towels every day and we had to go and ask for towels .

I loved my stay at this hotel amazing staff members really good hospitality and customer service. If I could give this ten stars I would. I want to mention the very organised and best team in the hotel ahmet and his team in the restaurant was great and treated us so well we felt so welcomed and they were so nice to us. :)

I definitely recommend it! We were greeted in the room with a nice surprise of local fruit and wine. The hotel is beautiful, impressive, lots of greenery, the rooms are very clean, cleaned thoroughly every day. Additionally, there is a beautiful beach with sunbeds and a bar at the hotel. Lots of attractions for adults and children until late at night. I have never met such helpful staff as in this hotel. Thank you and I recommend it to everyone! See you next year!
