Royal Garden Beach Hotel

The staff are really kind and helpful and they are funny and I made friends with the staff every morning they have a song and they let you dance with them and the beds are comfy and the rooms are nice and clean and if you bring a blanket the cleaner will do a design with it and I definitely recommend for big families like mine from Maisie

Hotel, facilities and cleanliness excellent Staff friendly helpful and all very happy Food was poor, I am not a fussy eater and when abroad eat local food all the time but the standard of the offering was poor, luke warm, repetitive and all tasted the same I think the chef was given a tub of seasoning for Christmas. Fish grilled to within an inch of its life making it dry and difficult to get off the bone, raw meat on several occasions especially the kebabs and koftas, soups for breakfast also steamed broccoli and cauliflower left from night before never seen this anywhere not even turkey when we have been before, understand using what's left from previous night Loved the hotel food fell well short I will not return due to this which is a shame

So where to start with this amazing hotel. We have just got home from our second trip and will book our next visit today. We are a family of 2 adults and one child with additional needs. From start to finish we were treated with the utmost kindness and compassion. The staff cannot do enough for you. The food is excellent with plenty of choice for everyone including fussy children. The drinks are fabulous good quality and plenty of choice. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the pool area is beautiful with plenty of sunbeds and parasols for everyone. The beach is also out of this world. Entertainment for children is fantastic and also for adults. I cannot recommend this place enough for everyone and we will return again and again!!!!

Excellent hotel and staff were amazing especially animation team whom our kids really took too. We have stayed at other resorts in Turkey before but this one kids really enjoyed. As it is compact compared to others that are not as tall, hence rooms spread out, the walk between pools, beach, aqua park is short. Gym is excellent too and well equipped so managed a work out each day. The bars are well designed and few themes such as piano bar and Bar Rouge. Great selection of food and with at least 3 restaurants open at a time never short of choice. Shows in the amphitheatre were excellent and hotel brought in external acts which were really professional. Kids loved the mini disco and again my thanks to the 2 ladies running it each evening. The location near the hotel's own beach and Konakli's shopping opportunities is excellent. The food is ok, but by no means excellent. Drinks from ready-made mixes and essences, but the level rises by dripping. The waiters are friendly. Cleaning on floor 2 excellent and on floor 5 poor.On the 2nd floor, towel artwork on the bed every day. On the 5th floor, "like a work of art", one day all the towels were collected on the floor, but no new ones were brought in to replace them. Also, the fridge was not filled and cleaning was not done. Premium house elevators are lousy, this combined with the cleaning extracts on floor 5 makes you wish you lived on floor 2. I also cannot recommend ordering a taxi through the hotel. We ordered a transfer for eight adults from the airport to the hotel and back. On the way hotel, the storage space was so small that we had to take two suitcases into the car. On the way back airport, the car was even smaller. Three suitcases had to be taken to the front seat of the car and 8 adults had to squeeze into the seats for 7 people. If it hadn't been night and we hadn't paid for the car in advance, we would have changed transportation.

Good food, clean pools, but the room was in the old building and not very happy about the old smell. The cleaning was daily, but superficial done. The stuff was very nice, always trying to help, with a smile on their face. Cocteils not great, but the ice cream -best I ever had.
