We are on our 3rd visit in 2 years and love Amfitriti Hotel. Marilly the owner, the bar/beach staff, cook and cleaners are all so friendly. The rooms are cleaned to a really high standard every day and the beds are comfortable. We enjoy relaxing on the beach in front of the hotel. For the price you pay, it is unbeatable value in our opinion. Thanks Marilly and we hope to see you again soon

We had a 3 night stay in a sea view room. The view from the room was awesome and the location was great with a short walk to the beach area and into town. Marilly and her team work very hard all day and into the night. Although the hotel rooms are quite dated/old they are as stated in the website and are clean. We used Marilly’s driver to get to and leave from the hotel with our luggage and I think this is a must. She most kindly booked our return trip in for us as it was booking out due to demand. We had the highest rooms. There are many steps and uneven terrain. Request lower buildings if you have mobility issues. We enjoyed the complimentary lounges on the beach and drinks/snacks. The path into town takes 5 minutes, is a bit uneven in parts but not difficult. Lakka is a great town with nice places to eat and drink. We also took the bus to Gaios, which is also very nice. Convenient hotel at a value price. Not luxury but not stated to be. Thank you Marilou for your kindness and efforts.

I did not stay at this hotel but was gonna use the sun beds outside. Of which they charge. But they were placed on wet soggy dirt. This was very unpleasant. My sandals were covered in muck. It doesn’t make the hotel very good and would definitely put me off staying there

Absolutely amazing 100% the best experience on my recent 3-week tour of Corfu and surrounding islands. Great communication from the owner Marilly and the warmest of welcomes from her on arrival. I had emailed ahead to ask for a balcony with a view and wow I was quite overwhelmed on entering room 234 (thank you Marilly) Spectacular view is an understatement! The balcony and rooms are huge and have everything you need, spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The attentive service from Yannis and his lovely partner Aulfi (and sorry if I've misspelt your name) who looked after the beach and pool area was just so amazing, always welcoming and friendly which made me feel so special. Must say the food and beverages that were served on those wonderfully comfortable sunbeds were both tasty and quality. Please don't pay any attention to a couple of negative reviews that were posted earlier... You cannot find a better place. Yes, there's a slight walk from town - which to me is a bonus of not living with noise and crowds. yes, there are a lot of steps.. but when you breathe in that view it's so totally worthwhile. Thank you to everyone at Amfitriti for making my stay so magical and the highlight of my journey. I shall definitely return.

After reading all the negative reviews we wanted to see what the fuss was about ! Glad we did. We love it here. Booked for two nights. Extended for five. Right on the beach and the beach is lovely the water is amazing and you get your own sun beds if you are staying at the hotel. Bar food service as you relax by the sea. Our room is huge with a balcony with amazing view Marilu is so helpful as is Yanni and all other staff. Lovely pool. The rooms are basic but very clean. The walk up and down the stairs can be daunting but do it slowly and you will be fine easy walk to town. Lots of return guests here. I’m sure we will be too. Thanks for having us !

Currently sat at the pool thinking what a great find this hotel is. What a lovely hotel which has far exceeded our expectations. It is in a perfect location, just steps away from the beach. We received the warmest welcome by Marilly and other staff on arrival and everyone that works here is so friendly and helpful. Our sea view room (222) is huge and easily big enough to fit the 3 of us. Rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard. Sunbeds on the beach are free for guests which is such a huge bonus. Absolutely nothing bad to say about our stay here, we cannot wait to come back!! Thanks Marilly and team!

The location of this hotel is wonderful and the views were fantastic. Our room had a large balcony looking over the bay and we had a great stay. The hotel has a pool and it’s own beach - the sun loungers were really comfortable and served drinks and snacks (can recommend the white wine)! The staff were really lovely and helpful and I would definitely go back.

For a 3 star hotel its location was stunning with a constantly changing vista due to the comings and goings of the sail craft. We were in room 203 which offered these vistas however at a cost. There are many steps to be climbed to the upper levels. This may be difficult for people with mobility issues but should not put more able people off. The views are amazing. The room it’s self was cleaned regularly by Razor? and his partner and to a good standard. Bed linen and towels being changed regularly throughout our two week stay. The room was functional having everything that we needed. We did have a few minor issues but these where sorted out quickly and with no fuss. Marilly is a loverly lady and could not be more helpful. We thank her for the kindnesses shown. Her staff John, Hermione to name but a few are a credit to the Amfitriti and we’re only too willing to help in any way. Question, would we stop there again YES without a doubt so long as Marilly gives us a lower room. Kind regards Helen and Richard

If you want perfect then Amfitriti is not for you but if you want good value for money accommodation right on the beach typical Greek self-catering rooms with ever-changing scenery due to boats and yachts coming in and out of Lakka, free A/C, free sunbeds with beach service from the hotel bar with friendly staff then you won't be disappointed. The Hotel is has seen better days here and there and could do with a bit of TLC, the steps in places are steep as it's on a hill and the shower is a bit hit and miss etc but this is a Greek Island and we loved it and would return. The walk into the village can be done in a few minutes not 15/20 mins as some have said yes it is a bit of a bumpy dirt track with some lighting here and there but its fine again this is Greece. If you are going to rent a car or moped then leave it in the village because the drive into Amfitriti is like a vertical corkscrew and the hotel do pick ups from the ferry so no need to worry.
