The yard is spacious and is planted with apple and pear trees, as well as blueberry bushes.The best thing about the place is the easy access to Sandy Point and Napatree Beaches, accessible by boat just outside the cove. For nature lovers, Wequetequock Cove and Barn Island offer a wealth of bird species including Osprey and Herons. You will truly have a spectacular day on the water.From mid-summer on, you can easily catch Blue Crabs right from the dock. Kids will enjoy catching snapper blues in the cove with light tackle.
