We had a wonderful stay at Bisos. The historic architecture plus the eco sustainability is perfect with all the details including the high quality of the linens and Sardinian products. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was spacious. I loved the inspiration from the Sardinian traditions as you share a central communality table for breakfast. It is a wonderful place to plan your visit. You can reach Santa Cristina nuraghe archaeological site and other locations throughout Sardinian from this central location. I loved being on the town square with the local café near. Thank you Bisos and the caring staff that showed a special attention to detail and great hospitality . We hope to return!

Amazing place in the heart of Sardinia ! Everything was perfect ! The rooms are very nicely decorated with art crafts from Sardinia, breakfast is amazing and, last but not least, the kindness of Barbara and of Carmen, the cook. The place is very quiet and very easy to reach from the main road (Statale 131). I highly recommend Bisos !

This is a gorgeous hotel in the middle of Sardinia. Huge character, eco hotel. Each room is furnished with traditional Sardinian furniture and decoration. The breakfast is a true Sardinian experience with local jams, fresh apricot juice, fruit, cheese and much more. The evening meal was amazing too - local produce cooked with family recipes and cooked and served by friendly staff who recommended where to visit. Such attention to detail. Do visit

We enjoyed our 2 nights in our top floor room with a terrace. A little difficult to get luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The hotel is newly remodeled with exceptional details. The "Sustainable" A/C and hot water worked great. There is NO TV but the WiFi was fast. We enjoyed a drink at the bar across the street and watched the "Village" atmosphere as locals passed by.

We had a really nice stay in Paulilatino. The "Black Room" is the highlight of the hotel with the round bed. Barbara was an awesome host and provided us with very good and typical recommendations for food and activities. We'll definitely come back!

Un posto davvero unico, raffinato e di gran classe nella sua essenzialità tipica e in carattere con l’atavica severità isolana. Colorato, allegro, originale, con una stupenda cura dei dettagli. Ogni camera è un’opera unica con arredi e tessuti locali. Tradizionale e chic. Un’esperienza speciale e da ripetere. Per concludere vorrei sottolineare il fatto che questa antica struttura, che conserva tutta la sua originale architettura, è stata resa ecosostenibile al 100% e ti trasmette la passione e l’amore di chi ha voluto renderla tale.

Ho avuto modo di visitare la struttura. Per un MIO errore ho sbagliato la prenotazione, e la sig.ra Barbara è stata gentilissima, mi ha aiutato a trovare una sistemazione in un'altra strutture, mi ha consigliato il ristorante migliore della zona, e si è prodigata per farmi riavere i soldi della mia prenotazione errata. Un'accoglienza fuori del comune, un servizio spettacolare. Ho avuto modo di visitare la sala colazione della struttura che è veramente accogliente. Spero di tornare quanto prima. Vi consiglio di andarci, anche per visitare Il pozzo Sacro di Santa Cristina. GRAZIE BARBARA!!!!!!!!

Personnelles très accueillants, le bâtiment et les chambres sont décorés avec goût, la literie top confort, une propreté impeccable, petit déjeuner et repas maison excellent. A conseiller sans modération ,on y retournera

Plus qu'un hôtel, une expérience. Bisos se trouve dans un joli village hors des sentiers battus mais à proximité du puits sacré de Santa Cristina à ne pas manquer. L'hôtel est un écrin d'élégance et d'harmonie, avec des caractéristiques assez impressionnantes, tout est pensé pour économiser eau, énergie et matériaux. Ma chambre était immense (la bleue!), l'accueil fabuleux, les petits déjeuners copieux et tout fait maison. Barbara et Giulia se sont occupées de moi comme d'une amie et m'ont donné plein de conseils sur les choses à faire. Je voyage seule et leur gentillesse m'a été précieuse. Le petit plus qui fait la différence dans un bnb...! J'ai mangé une fois le soir à l'hôtel, Franca la cuisinière m'a fait goûter des plats typiques que je n'avais pas vu sur les menus des restaurants. Super découverte, super séjour, je ne peux que recommander.
