Palazzo meraviglioso, camere pulitissime e posizione eccezionale, a due passi dal mare. Se mai tornassi da quelle parti, sceglierei di nuovo quella fantastica location. Leo gentilissimo, e sono anche onestissimi nei prezzi. In più, hanno una convenzione che un bar sul lungomare per le colazioni. TOP!!!!

Sono stato benissimo, posto incantevole al centro di patti marina, è una palazzo antico ma ristrutturato con i giusti criteri, la stanza Giovanni Verga bellissima, arredamento moderno e attento in ogni particolare, panoramica e comodissima, tornerò volentieri anche in futuro, consiglio per single o coppie, centralissimo, poi Patti Marina offre tutto a pochi passi, mare vicinissimo attraversando la strada

Palazzo d'epoca ristrutturato per 1/3, le stanze sono moderne dotate di aria condizionata, di frigorifero, letto e bagno comodi. Ci è stata assegnata la stanza "Sciascia" con vista sul mare molto piacevole. Trovandosi sotto il tetto è molto calda ed è stato necessario tenere accesa l'aria condizionata sempre anche di notte. Il.ragazzo che ci ha accolti è stato molto genitle. Posizione molto comoda, centrale e proprio sul mare. Note negative: non ci sono zanzariere. Consigli: si potrebbe sistemare il giardino almeno quello all'ingresso del palazzo cosi come il portone in legno per dare una sensazione di minor trascuratezza. Anche la parete lungo le scale da salire per raggiungere le stanze avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata.

Il posto non è come in foto, letto scomodo, televisione mal funzionante, ma soprattutto stanza estremamente fredda, coperte non sufficienti, costretti a dormire con la pompa di calore accesa purtroppo montata sopra la testa, insomma risultato finale negativo. La colazione non è servita nel giardino molto bello all'interno (perché è previsto cattivo tempo, ci dice la signora, peccato che c'era un sole stupendo e abbiamo scelto questo posto proprio per le foto della colazione, che invece si deve fare al bar di fronte , dove siamo stati, ma non ci ha serviti perché erano le 8,15 del mattino, troppo presto per loro! Consiglio di essere meno superficiali e scrivere chiaramente che la bella colazione che di vede in foto è disponibile solo d'estate, che gli altri 9 mesi dell'anno la si fa al bar dalle 8,30 in poi e se si ha un'esigenza di farla prima , beh la colazione salta. Scrivere o mostrare cose/foto non vere nel turismo non paga.

Location comoda da raggiungere a pochi minuti dallo svincolo di Patti. Palazzo antico che necessita dei ritocchi .la stanza Giovanni Verga dotata di finestra e frigo bar e bagno privato si presenta pulita ma poco curata nei dettagli. Il copriletto presentava delle macchie e nel bagno eliminirei il portavogfetti in plastica in quanto poco pulito estetica discutibile.Apprezzati i prodotti in dotazioni attenti all' ambiente. Il bagno non finestrato, andrebbe manutenzionato il rivestimento della doccia in quanto presenta delle macchie evidenti. Soggiorno piacevole e consigliato.parcheggio in prossimità della struttura sulla strada principale gratuito ma solo per un ora e a fascia oraria.sosta notturna gratuita e la mattina inizia alle 9. In alternativa a circa 250 MT parcheggio ampio gratuito e senza problemi di orari. In piccolo gioiello da valorizzare

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole weekend a fine aprile in questo B&B, curato nei minimi particolari dalla gentile e simpatica signora Enza. Comode le camere, Ottima la colazione e ottima la posizione fronte mare
