Staff very friendly and polite only downside I wasn't keen on the room being on the 6th floor prefer lower floor breakfast the continental food was very good but not keen on the hot western food and coffee from machine not hot enough for me otherwise a good night's stay.

Great location.

The Hotel is conveniently located very near to the large mall with direct access to the beach side and the larger road to the north side. The room is spacious with a large tv, fridge, and the staff are super friendly, kind and welcoming and supportive. The hotel offers excellent value for money, with car parking and great food.

It’s an old hotel which is past its prime. I wish I’d known the Garden rooms building does not have an elevator. The room deadbolt doesn’t work. Staff member just came into the room unannounced with his master key. No courtesy to ring the doorbell or announce themselves before entering.

Good hotel, located perectly opposit night bazar and you can find all basic things in your room. Rooms are clean and bed was comfortable,

This was a great place to stay. The room and facilities as well as the service were pretty spot on. I only need to explain about the location a bit. The main entrance to the hotel is on the second (one-way) street from the beach. This makes it fairly close but during high traffic (nearly all the time now that covid is over), it makes it very difficult for cars/cabs to drop you off/pick you up there. The walk to the beach, isn't very far however and convenient food and shopping are very nearby.

First visit and pleasantly surprised＞ Brilliant location and easy access to all Pattaya favorite amenities. Staff friendly and with intent to serve so top marks they get. Hotel is clean and rooms although not recent are well maintained. One of the rooms however was surrounded by noisy occupants that ruined the moment so be aware. Breakfast facilities OK with staff smiling and ready to serve. Quality of foods 7/10. In conclusion we enjoyed our stay and will return considering location alone.. :-))

Great service ....especially Khun Tun at the Exortica pool bar. Rooms are decent n clean.

We just live Bayview Hotel. The position is just ideal as close to the beach and restaurant and bars. The staff are just outstanding and cannot do enough for you. We twice last year and hopefully going again in the spring. The reception staff especially Pui are superb as are the pool staff Toon and restaurant staff. Very good breakfast. We just really love this hotel.
