Llx Apartments at the Base Condo anmeldelser

On arrival for my two day stay I was told I would have to change apartment after one night rather than just stay in the two bedroom apartment they changed me to because of an A/C problem. Most inconvienient but I agreed. When I got to the apartment I found several problems: -the kitchen sink was dripping loudly -the bed linen didn't fit the bed -one of the showers was extreamly loud -there were no small lights or down lights at all (other than the ones on the ceiling) -there were no proper towels (just a piece of nylon material) -there were only two elevators and they were slow (of course not the owners fault) I told the owner about the problems and said as I would be moving the following morning (at thier request) I might was well change to a new hotel. I think I quite reasonably asked for a refund for the second night but it was refused. Extreamly disapointing. Poor value. Terrible service. Don't stay here.

Amazing apartment , lovely staff, When come back to Pattaya I will be wanting to stay here again

It is a nice company for the price/quality. Do not expect slippers and water. You can buy in 7/11. The only disadvantage is early check out, which should be changed. And the water waa leaking in the shower.

The only plus it’s the location & price The rest is a no: untidy tiny room, furniture has the smell of a previous users, horrible elevator system, the host was polite, but not really professional (forgot to bring the deposit while we were sitting and waiting, change the day then) and only 7 sits near the pool, where people were smoking just in the water, so nobody really following the rules

Beautiful condo and very nice room. The swimming pool is very cool and it has an amazing view of Pattaya. Everything was perfect, thanks 😁

Good location

The apartment was great value but had no kitchen utensils to talk about. No tea towels or cutlery that a normal apartment would have. Bath towels were the nicest I've ever used. Toaster needs to be replaced.

Great price on OTA. 100 THB parking fee will be charged for every stay if park a car over 3 hours.

Location is good for family members. Near the beach but lot of restrictions.

Great experience, highly recommended. 2000Bhat deposit required!

類似於中國的民宿，地理位置好，離中心商場，便利店都很近。公寓樓頂的無邊泳池超讚，可以一覽芭堤雅夜景。客服回覆也很及時。這裏想提醒第一次利用的客人。去之前最好提前聯繫酒店客服。酒店沒有專門櫃枱，到酒店聯繫客服後，服務員過來遞鑰匙。如果訂房人不自己聯繫，沒人事先會告訴你怎麼取鑰匙。那就很麻煩的。
