Location wise was perfect, however, the property has been aging badly and required a refurbishment. I had my own private pool in my bathroom every time after taking a shower, but apart from that, everything is so perfect! Thank you.

Over all good experience. only one problem everyone facing is that you will not allowed to enter at entry gate even you show confirmed booking to the security personal, they ask to call landlord and ask to tell them to receive you personally. As a foreigner when you call them they don't answer and when you contact them via WhatsApp then you get answer and solve the problem and get entry. They must work on this issue to resolve it as many people facing same problem

Its a nice building, amazing roof top view, but I didn’t realise that it’s illegal to stay in a condo for less than 30 days, there’s signs in the lobby which make someone staying a week a little anxious.

The location is amazing, there are restaurants around and in the core of the vibrant Pattaya. In terms of cleanliness there is space to improve. Suggest time to spend in Pattaya 3-4 days.

Cool concept and very nice place but when booking the room it doesn't say that it's a condo community *not a regular hotel* or specify how to pick up the keys and staff was not friendly when i didn't know these facts already. They were like " call the landlord if you don't know" rude, defensive, shady... . wash machine in the room. Pool was nice. no food options but fridge, microwave and stove. no towels. Also signs around saying this type of rental was NOT totally legal under local type laws...

The worst facilty in this price range only the location is good otherwise you have to take your bags to the room no one is here to help and even they asked for the double room charge for only 10 minutes host is also not good and there is no service also they point out our nationality’s india that you people are disguting and poor i dont know why they give us visa if they hate india. Almost 80% thai commenting on india actually they should know that we gave them bread and butter otherwise their mother sisters are already on streets
