The shower is broken, the ventilation fan is so noisy, the shower for the bath tub is no hot water. In addition, I hv placed 3 persons through trip.com but the hotel said I hv only placed for 2 persons. So I need to pay extra 2000 baht for one person for 2 nights. The lighting in the room is too bright!

Room was nice clean amd comfortable but the hotel lobby was very hot it was like im out side . There wasn’t kleenex in the room only was in the bathroom

I would never visit again. No air con in lobby when outside is so hot, room’s aircon does not go under 25C so you end up sweating all day. Asked to fix and they said fixed but it is not, i asked for refund for my late check out payment but they refuse due to policy even they have more than 24hrs to deal with. Apparently it wasn’t just my room but my friends room as well.

Hotel was a bit dated and showing wear and tear. Cleanliness was poor with an old ear bud in the bathroom corner that stayed there for my whole 8 days. Hair lumps in the hallway etc.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The people at reception were lovely and really helpful. The breakfast was good. The rooftop pool was also great and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was the bed had some weird stains on it, couldn't tell if it was from food or something else. But anyway, they changed it and it didn't ruin the stay.

Good hotel, friendly staff, and a good bed, nice swimming pool and gym, but they will have to do some maintenance on the whole of the hotel. Overall, I had a good stay at the hotel. And definitely try their Gordon Bleu

The Sanctuary in Pattaya is beautiful! The rooftop pool area was amazing, I spent everyday there. I can’t wait to come back.

Very nice place to relax and chill

We checked in late. Upon arrival the service was poor. We were not served a welcome tea and the bellboy took too long to bring our bags to the room. The room was missing nightstands, the toilet was unclean, and there were blood stains on the sheets. The balcony was nice but I could hear the building plumbing system or a public toilet flushing every couple minutes. There was no shampoo or bodywash in the bathroom and we had to ask for it. The only good side is that we were allowed to check out late free of charge. I know every hotel in pattaya has negative reviews, but I really expected better.

Clean tidy , modern but no smart tv, access too English tv channels not good, can’t use Netflix

I'm really confused with this hotel. The employees and overall experience was quite good, location is also really great. But the room itself is just really bad. At first look it was kinda okay, but the more I was looking the more I was finding. Basically, I truly beleive that it was a good room back when the hotel opened, but now it's just a tired room: - broken shelves in bathroom - the sockets were so weak we had to call for an engineer so he could change them (which he did, but shockingly - thank god only figuratively - he was doing that with voltage on and it was kinda scary to look at that process) - the top shower is really in a bad condition - you can see the pipe that goes from the ceiling to it, and it looks ugly, the holes in that thing are also clogged and it may take a few minutes before you fijd the temperature you wanted. Also keep in mind that there is no seperate valve for water pressure - so you basically turn the shower on and only could select the tempreture And that's just the things that come to mind when I've decided to write the review, there were many smaller things that were wrong with the room but I've already couldn't remind it. To be honest, I did try to fiz some of those things via going to reception - and I did receive some help actually, but employees aren't magicians and can't fix all of the problems. If this hotel wasn't stated as a 5-star Best Western signature hotel - there wouldn't be that review because for the price of 700$ for two people for almost two weeks considering its location it is actually not that bad. But I'm scared to see what usual BW Hotels look like if the signature ones are really not that good. And IMO this hotel isn't any where near 5 stars.
