Jeg bor på hoteller i intet mindre end 100 dage om året, og det er første gang, jeg ikke kan lade være med at kommentere! ! Tjenesten er ikke engang så god som et forretningshotel! Denne tur (alene) var tilfældigvis en lille ****. Telefonnummeret til receptionen og hotellets telefonnummer, der var registreret på Ctrip.com, kunne ikke nås. Jeg gik til receptionen og bad mig hjælpe med at ringe til en taxa hospitalet, fordi jeg var nødt til at gå tilbage til værelset for at få mit pas og komme ned igen. Senere var den ansvarlige for at ringe til taxaen i receptionen ingen steder at finde, endsige at ledsage ham til hospitalet.

We book ocean view room and thought of having nice ocean view room and to our surprise we got ‘construction view’(see photo below). We protest to the hotel and they claim it is not their fault. If we want to, pay. We talked to trip.com and we agreed to upgrade our room (not at hotel cost). I called room reservations and they said they need to confirm the room condition. I waited for 30min and did not received any call again. Speechless of the service and spoil our vacation mood. Lesson learnt: Be careful with ‘ocean view room’ when performing booking. It is not accurate and the room price is more expensive. Note: this is local brand hotel and lack of professionalism in problem solving of customer grievances. It does not matter whose fault but at least show some enthusiasm to provide the best service so that you have return customer to your hotel again.

Very clean and suitable for families. We also got free room upgrades which is very nice. All the staff were adorable and helpful. Highly recommended.

We paid extra to upgrade the room to Deluxe Ocean. After back from dinner around 20:00, we found the air con broken and service guy unable to fix it. Then we requested to change the room since we are very tired to wait for their repair again. The hotel upgraded us to Grand Deluxe Ocean within 30 mins. This made us so impress for prompt and great solution from the hotel.

I stayed in this hotel in Pattaya for the first time. I have stayed in Huaxin twice before. The service is a little worse than Huaxin. My daughter did not provide decorations or birthday cakes on her birthday. In the past, Huaxin would have provided them to surprise us. The prices are also higher than Huaxin, and the hotels are relatively old. The water park and swimming pool are very good. In addition, the breakfast is very rich, afternoon tea is OK. There are very few food styles during the Cocktail period. I have to go out and eat again. I feel average after staying for two nights and may not come back again. The staff on the administrative floor are very generous. There is a boy who especially feels hospitable during the breakfast period. I feel that he is hospitable. I especially want to praise it 👍❤️ Can free one night mini bar 👍view is good 。

We stayed at the suites with two bedrooms. Staff are very nice. Good location and near the shopping mall. Great swimming pool and definitely it’s a good hotel for family.

Booking through Trip was easy and very convenient. The hotel offers a variety of toys and activities suitable for children of different ages, making it great for family bonding. The swimming pool is well-zoned, with separate areas for adults and children, allowing adults to relax peacefully. Plus, the hotel is located right on Pattaya Beach, offering beautiful ocean views.

The service provided was excellent. I had requested to check in earlier and the staff went out of the way to facilitate this even upgrading the room type. On the final day, I made a huge mistake by leaving my bag with my passport in the room. Was well on the way to the airport before I realised this and the staff contacted me shortly after informing that they had the bag with them. Huge relief .. with everything in tact. Thank you.

It's a 5 star hotel but the amenities were unexpectedly low end, they served cheap Nescafe instant Red coffee, cheap thin slippers, toilet rolls were thin. There were also some room design that can be better, e.g. the drawers side were dark which is hard to see what's inside at night, no hooks in the bathroom for towels, the shower room door opened outward and you can't place mat on the floor to dry your feet after shower. However, the view, the room and breakfast were good, I stayed for 7 days.

To be honest, after reading all the reviews, I had pretty high expectations for Amari. I booked a one-night stay for my birthday. However, there was no special “birthday” decor or complimentary cake, which is something other 5-star hotels usually provide. The room I booked was a “2x double bed room.” The hotel staff kindly informed me that the “double beds” were only 3 feet wide and asked if I wanted to upgrade to a larger family-sized room. I chose not to, but I feel it’s important to note that the so-called “double beds” are more like single beds. The booking website’s description was misleading. I would suggest that the hotel update the description to “single beds” to avoid confusion, especially since it markets itself as a “family hotel.” The facilities and breakfast were excellent, as expected. The kids’ club, outdoor playground, swimming pool, and kid-friendly water park were all fantastic. We especially loved the restaurant Prego, which served excellent pizzas and gelato!l 10% off as hotel staff. My main issue, however, was the misleading “double bed” description and the condition of the room. Since the beds were mounted on a frame designed for a king-sized bed, there was a gap between them. This caused the beds to shift frequently, and I accidentally knocked my shin on the oversized frame. Additionally, there were maintenance issues in Room 1219: a missing overhead light bulb, an air conditioner that wasn’t very cold, and a faulty wardrobe light. These issues pointed to poor upkeep by the hotel management. To add to this, my wife was surprised to find the vanity set had already been opened and not replaced. It’s possible the housekeeper forgot to check and replenish it. The housekeeper may have been rushed when preparing the room, as we arrived at 1 PM, but only entered the room at 2:15 PM. Strangely, when we collected the key cards, we found that our room door was left ajar.

A great stay with Amari Pattaya, very nice rooms and the executive lounge is very good with a great view!

Breakfast, room and bed super nice. Just weather so cold but quite nice also

We had a great stay in Amari. From check in to check out, the staffs were generally friendly. A good spread for breakfast. Buggy will bring you to Ozo which is a short walk to Terminal 21. Kids well entertained with kids club, playground, aqua park, & swivel car. Pattaya beach is just across the road & Chinatown is also nearby. Room is clean & good size.

Room are clean and spacious with great bathroom amenities. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast was good.
