Always a great stay here. This is the second time we've stayed at the Boat House and we will definitely be back. Had the sea view room and its great to sit and relax on the balcony. Rooms are cleaned daily and you get free water and shampoo/shower gel. Workers see very friendly. There's a nice restaurant downstairs but didn't have time to eat there this time as we didn't have breakfast included. A good all in one place to relax, eat, drink, sleep and have a lovely holiday in Jomtien.

This was a lovely place. The staff were warm and welcoming. The rooms are a decent size and the beds are comfortable. We had a great view of the beach and a balcony we could sit on to watch the sun go down. We were given a kettle for the room when requested. The rooms were cleaned daily and were spotless. The only gripe was the lighting in the bathroom was so dull and the shower was not hot but apart from that, we had a pleasant stay and would go back again.

First time in Thailand for us (UK & China couple). The hotel has such a great location, right on the beach! We had a balcony facing the beach on the 4th floor which had a great view both daytime and evening. Even tho you are on the beach road, it’s still quiet at night to sleep. The room was big and clean, had a safe and a fridge with cold bottled water (replaced daily). The air conditioner was also very efficient too! The staff are super friendly and reception is available at all times of day and night to ensure you are well looked after and secure! The restaurant downstairs is nice, and it has an Elvis show at the weekends. There is a 500 baht deposit, returned at the end of your stay. We had a breakfast included in the price of the room - it was very nice but the options seemed to differ depending on who served you, which was quite amusing. The shower was only cold water - we did say a few times to the guy on evening reception. He said he’d have someone look at it, but it never got hot so maybe it’s meant to be like that. Not to worry, it’s a hot country so a cold shower is quite refreshing! Overall the hotel is in a great place and is a stone throw away from the main bars/restaurants and the night market. You are both in the action and have the comfort and quietness to relax and rest. We had a great time, our first ever trip to Thailand! This hotel is definitely a very good choice if you wish to holiday in Jomtien!

My room was a good size, well fitted out and clean. Other than a small amount of noise on Saturday night (to be expected) the location was quiet. The food was excellent, varied and of a good quality. I thoroughly enjoyed eating there. Staff were consistently pleasant and helpful.

Тихий и спокойный отель ( пишу за период проживания 16-23.12.2023), хотя на первом этаже ресторан ( в котором певец под Элвиса Пресли исполняет его репертуар) несмотря на то, что расположен на дороге, с учетом этого в номерах тихо👍 В номере полотенца меняют ежедневно, постельное ежедневно, уборка генеральная ежедневно (без напоминания), кондиционер, сейф, холодильник, телевизор (есть российские каналы тв), меню завтрака на выбор, за кухню сказать не могу (постоянно где то находились и поздно возвращались и не голодные, ну не пришлось поужинать), за коктейли могу сказать, реально понравились, пишу это только потому, что пробовали в разных местах и на разных островах), персонал ужасно отзывчивый, позитивный и улыбчивый, даже одна девочка (официант) по немного знала русские слова - было приятно, ведь отель в основном европейскими туристами заселён , пляжные полотенца (без проблем), до пляжа … просто через дорогу🎅 на пляже лежаки и по 50 и по 100 батт, море тёплое и пляж чистый (убираются), от отеля, что влево, что вправо находится магазины 7/11 и не только, ночной рынок (мельница) пешком минут 5 на котором фреш (сок) любой по 25 батт. От отеля уехать в любой не проблема! РЕКОМЕНДУЕМ !!!

We normally stay at high end hotels. We have been to Pattaya/Jomtien the last four years and saw this hotel last year when visiting Jomtien beach. We decided to book even though lower quality than we would normally stay because you cant beat the price for beach front hotel. We paid extra to book the ocean view room with balcony $38 USD per night. However, we were unable to enjoy the balcony due to road construction, which is not the hotel's fault. Since the room is right on the beach and main road, it is noisy and you will get street noise all night. The room is about the equivalent of a 2 star in USA standards. However, even though very outdated and old, it is clean. The room has plenty of room and storage. It has a large refrigerator and safe. They do provide 2 bottles of water each day in the fridge which is nice. In the bathroom there is shampoo, shower gel, shower cap and cotton swabs. Our bathroom vanity had lots of space to put out our toiletries which I like. There is no soap for the sink so to wash your hands after using the bathroom/toilet you will need your own soap unless you want to use shower gel. The bed is very very hard so if you like a hard bed then it is okay. My husband loves a hard bed and I like soft so he liked the bed but it hurt my back and hip due to how hard it is. The best part of this place is the service you receive from the workers, they are all very nice. There is no breakfast but you do get 200 baht discount per day off breakfast that is from 8-10 am. We did not try the breakfast because the restaurant is a little pricey and we did go to other places. I am not sure about breakfast prices but we did go for dinner and spent over 1000 baht on 2 entrees, appetizer and 3 drinks. I know it is cheesy but I really wanted to see "Elvis". The manager made a reservation for us and held a table for us which was so nice so I could see the show. Elvis performs from 8:30-10 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I did enjoy the show. The restaurant is very very busy at night so I would recommend making reservation with the hotel if you stay there. There is no pool but they do provide towels if you go to the beach. Make sure to stop by the front desk and ask for towels and dont use your bathroom towels. I did like that they provided towels. The hotel has wifi and a good air conditioner which is key since it gets very hot. The main issue with the room is the shower. I dont know if they are different in each room but when you use the shower the entire floor of the bathroom floods. Also, there is not much water pressure and no storage in the shower for razor, soap, toiletries, etc. After showering we did put our bath towels down on the floor to soak up the water. Even though room and bathroom was clean, the shower was ick so I wore shower shoes in the shower and had to wear them in the bathroom after the shower as the floor is flooded. Also note for the ladies, there is no hair dryer. Overall, we would not

We felt the food portions were small compared to other restaurants. Service was good. Elvis show on Friday and Saturday njghts was OK. Be warned, he only sings ballads. I can't rate the rooms as we only went for the dinner and the Elvis show on a Saturday night.
