Shower was way to moldy and took a long time to get it to slightly warm water in the shower, and it flooded in the shower. Nice sun out on the balcony if you wanted a tan. Clean sheets. Tv worker. Good size mini fridge.

It's terrible. I stayed for three days without hot water. Can you believe that I caught a cold after taking a cold shower for three days? ?

Well it was ok I cant give 10 out 10 there was no hot water any of the rooms we booked and they have charged us for just a drop of tea on sheet it was not clearly visible.as per location wise it's very convenient for everything

Room are dusty, so many dust inside. Price is high, staff behaviour terrible. Seems like staff are not happy with owner thus not willing to give good service to customers. Trip.com should lower this hotel rating, the rating is misleading to user. I have stay 2 days and it was awful.

The hotel was a little old but the rooms were large and price was reasonable. I got the executive ocean view suite and there weren’t any chairs for guests.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at where I should start the bad staff or the Facilities the **** Smells in every were and its old guys just run away you gonna just throw ur money there run away run away its **** hotel

The room was generally clean, the hot water shower was poor, and when I asked for a late check-out, I was told that I would be charged $500.

Hotel is ok. Great location. Staffs are not friendly, helpful and even shouted at customer and dont want to apologize for their rude behaviors. They forgot to put Towels in our rooms and when my husband asked for towels the receptionist shouted at him and hang up the line. When my husband called bk she shouted again saying that staff will come later. When my husband told her he will complain this to manager she said go ahead she is leaving at the end of this month. Breakfast is bad too. Not many choices. We paid for extra charges for children but breakfast staff stopped us from entering mentioning breakfast is for 2 persons only. When we asked her to checked with reception she just go and talk other things and we have to wait for like 7 mins. I followed her and talked to receptionist they said they don't know. I told them to cheked in their system, only then they realized and let us go in without apologized for what they did. Very unprofessional. When we requested to meet manager, they said manager is in the meeting and didnt let us meet with her. Very bad experienced ever. Will not go bk to this hotel ever again. Only bell boy is friendly and helpful.

Just Location is good & rooms are big

The reviews recently were pretty harsh. We had a pleasant stay and everything went smooth. Checkout should be a bit faster though, it's draining when you have to wait for your deposit.

Room not clean don't have space for dry and wet zone in the bathroom when you are showering water flooding on the floor every where when i check in the room wasn’t ready the used towel still hiding on the closet .room kinda old and not clean lift is scary light in the lift not clear either .you can smell old stuff .
