Good services, best price and best environment. The location of hotel is near the walking street and lots of famous place which feel very convenient

Don't expect too much from this place. Overall facilities are well overdue for major renovation as everything is far too old to be classified as a hotel/resort. The hotel description and the rates need to be updated ASAP as most of the items weren't available for the whole 3-week stay such as, 1. The place is not surrounded by a tropical garden it's right beside a huge swamp area of mosquitoes at all times (F/A false advertising) 2. It takes an adult over 20 minutes to the beach (F/A) 3. No free shuttles available (F/A) 4. Cottages may have been built to add a traditional look but, definitely weren't traditionally built (F/A) 5. No fruits or any welcoming gift (F/A) 6. No bicycle rental (F/A) 7. No massage on-premise (F/A) 8. No restaurant/ no food (F/A) Property Facilities 1. No laundry service 2. Extinguishers are shortly supplied 2. No airport drop off 3. 24-hr front desk (1 staff) understaffed overall 4. No cycling available (F/A) 5. The Key is used on a coded safety box 6. Bad TV reception 7. Ask at the front desk for a hot water/shower 8. Hard communication (basic and limited English) Miscellaneous 1. No securities on-site/ only the multi-skilled MacGyver staff on duty 6 days business hours. 2. Key access/ not a key card 3. CCTV at the front desk, maybe in the pool area 4. Allocate the fire extinguishers (not many if needed) Nothing to report on the health and hygiene section as most items are listed had no available inspections 1. The first aid kit was never provided in a late-night bike accident in front of the hotel, causing some heavy scratches all over the arms and legs. To make matters worse, the chemist at the end of the street was closed at the time. Took a cab to the doctor by myself at lunchtime after getting the information from the local pub in the morning. Any expectations of further assistance from this hotel are a waste. I've tried my best to summarise for the 3 weeks from the 23/Nov/22 ~ to 12/Dec/22. I'd rate it 4.5/5 for MacGyver, the general manager from the front desk. For all others and the hotel in general, no more than 2.5/5 on my maximum scale. Take the advice unless writing an essay is a hobby The prices are heavily overpriced compared to their category so, please don't get ****** in for their promotional offer

Отличное бунгало в тихом, спокойном месте. Классный отзывчивый персонал. До рынка всего 7 минут пешком, единственное, что расстроило - интернет. Самый медленный, за два месяца в Тае! А так однозначно рекомендую
