Old school 5 star resort. Property is nicely maintained considering its age. Definitely upgrade to the ocean view. Totally worth it.

This is a fabulous hotel. Located on the beach, with two swimming pools, a well-equipped gym including steam room and sauna, and restaurants serving delicious food. Service is of the highest degree, with rooms cleaned to a high standard every day, and staff on hand at all times, always willing to help. Highly recommended. I will most definitely return.

This is a fantastic hotel. Our rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is convenient to the central area of Pattaya as well as to the beach. I only wish we could have stayed again in the end of 2025 to celebrate New Year.

Very old hotel, room is sooo outdated, musky, noisy ac, dirty carpet, lots of stains (see photo) .. definitely not 5 stars, maybe 30 years ago???? The room is now more like 2 stars hotel .. avoid this hotel unless you really need to stay at this location. Trip.com stated this hotel is renovated in 2023, this is not the case, definitely not the room I was staying!!!

Quite a dated hotel but location wise really good. The lobby is grand and look renovated so I guess their rooms should be renovated soon. Overall enjoyed my stay.

Very nice hotel.. not in the middle of pattaya city.. but easy access to pattaya beach.. if you want to enjoy night activities, just walking distance,shopping mall terminal 21 also walking distance... Overall nice experience

Everything is perfect e.g. good service, good food except for the location. I requested for the sea view but I got the forest view instead.

Hotel is beautiful overall but rooms are dated. Great service from staff, housekeeping is also good and helpful. Walking distance to Terminal 21 mall and many food and massage options in the area. Highly recommend massage at Ginn or Kinn massage, about 15 minutes walk away.

Good location, feel like a true resort in the busy Pattaya. Next to Terminal 21. Lovely pools and private beach area at the end of Pattaya beach. Breakfast could be improved, Thai selection is not tasty. Our room had cigarette smell coming from AC Vent from time to time from other room. Which we understand it’s not hotel’s fault but just annoying especially at night when we sleep. Smoker should be considerate and not selfish toward others in the same building. We got upgraded to a suite which was good. But the shower tiles were super slippery! It’s not the kind of tiles to be used in wet area especially bathroom flooring. I had to put a bath math on the floor and still be super careful during shower. Very dangerous.

The top 5 hotels for me in Pattaya, Amazing service, staff friendly and helpful. Big room with lot of space and we had a views of the bay and the ocean!! The breakfast was fantastic , the best part of the hotel is the atmosphere. There are several pools.
