Super good hotel and I’ve stayed in for many many times already! Friendly staff, super good service and I love the beds and rooms for the club!

The guidelines for the water park area were not specific and clear. I didn’t know there were lockers for storing my belongings or where I could get a towel. The breakfast was fair, although there was a lot of food and drinks. Fortunately, the front desk provided a higher room floor for me to remedy the total experience. Overall, there was a good experience during this stay

I had a wonderful stay at Centara Mirage Pattaya! The hotel is very nice, with great facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The water park was a highlight — not just for kids, but for adults too! I had so much fun and really enjoyed my time there. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.

Prefect view and wonderful breakfast! Highly recommend if you want to escape from reality and take a rest, all rooms are with sea-view balcony, it’s so relaxing to sunbath on the balcony after the fruitful breakfast.

Service good but some time slow respond due to many people but hotel should handle better than this.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The overall experience was excellent—from the warm welcome at check-in to the comfortable and clean room. It's a great place for family with kids. We enjoyed pool and beach. Easy to access. And every people are very kind all the time. I hope to visit again as soon as possible. Love and Thank you.

Our second stay in Centara Mirage and it is still a great choice for families, especially considering the water park possibilities. The first room was a little bit smelly (I'm not sure it was fresh paint), but we were lucky and got an other room which satisfied us. One minus, but still 5* star rating for us: the AC is in the lowest mode is still to loud to fall into sleep - the Fan was also to loud. So, during the night it was very warm and we sweat a lot (I felt back into my youth, when spending sommer vacation with my parents in some hotel in the 90's without AC...and yes, we all survived).

Good things - Good room design and accesories after renovation - The beach is just there. - Good Japanese restaurant "Hagi". Need to improve - Staff's service mind is under the standard. You will rarely see a smile from the staffs such as Check in counter, Oasis restauraunt and even at Kid's room. - For breakfast, the quantity is good, but the quality and taste are not delicious. Especially, the fruits and bad. - No welcome drink and no complimentary snack or fruit at the room on the first day.

The pool is really nice.And the jacuzzi on the balcony gives us the comfort and privacy to enjoy it.

Good hotel for family but a bit crowded. The location is centre of Pattaya.
