Very old, not as good as a small hotel. The location is in the middle of the bar street, very noisy. When leaving, the room key needs to be left behind. There are a lot of ants in the room and on the table!

Have stayed here in the past as it was a decent value for the location. A bit worse for wear now and they were unable to provide a room safe for all the rooms, including the two available at the time. Reception is also painfully slow in spite of their process, which leaves some employees standing around while one tries to finish the bookings for everyone. Will look elsewhere and only as a last resort here again.

Terrible, just terrible. The corridor is like in a cheap hostel, everything is very old. The bathroom is completely destroyed, chips and dirt everywhere. The shower is made of plastic. There are no balconies, the windows have thin glass that does not protect from noise. The view is of noisy streets and bars, it is impossible to sleep at night. And the price is like for a decent hotel.

Perfect location and good value for money, Friendly staff and good facilties. I would stay here again.

Old Place in the Center of H**ker Town… if that’s what you want. Can’t lock the door once you’re in, only the little metal bar to keep it from opening. Can’t go to toilet without sitting in the shower with your feet… but for the price and if you just wanna party, not bad

Except for the location, nothing much else to the hotel. Needs renovation, refurbishing.

The hotel is in good location for people that are looking for night life. The rooms are ok good size, bathroom has soap and shampoo, the fregider has 2 bottles of water. The hotel is serunded with bars and night clubs. And has nice swimming pool and parking. I prefer the back side rooms it's less noisy at night.

its in a great location if you like bars , its a bit noisy at night but if you ask they will give you ear protection, i would stay there again staff are great

Location is convenient but hotel is a little rundown and old

Only need 2 stuff to fix 1 sound proofs windows 2 main door (room) the light from outside the room go under the door

Extremely disappointed in the end. The water broke down so couldn't use the shower for 2 days of my stay. Imagine paying for a hotel and not having running water for 2 days...I felt disgusting. Then somehow the door was broken and I couldn't get into my room. That was it. Unbelievable. Then I insisted them to break down the door otherwise I'd call the police, as as my wallet, passport, phone and laptop charger etc was still there. Eventually I decided to complain and I received a message from trip.com that the Sawasdee hotel 'firmly rejects any compensation because they provided water bottles that I had to use to take a shower'. I will never stay at that hotel ever again and felt extremely disappointed with how they hotel has treated me as a guest. Extremely unpleasant hotel and I suggest booking an alternative if you are considering this.

Good hotel on a budget

Overall you get what you pay for,the hotel in bang in the middle off a busy main street and plenty go on day and night. Staff very helpful and friendly, room service in the morning did a fantastic job. I stayed in Room 604 it was very noise at night and music finished at 3am,this is not down to the hotel,just the busy night life in the area. Can always ask for a different room. I would go back to Stay again

Located right in the lively bar district of Pattaya and as a consequence is noisy at night. Rooms are well priced and clean. Hotel has outdoor pool and parking. Saff are very helpful - they have organised taxis for me and stored gear on my behalf, no charge.
