It's not first time I stay in this hotel and I'll retun to the hotel after few days.its amazing and now cheaper than before

A Nightmare Stay: Cockroaches, Lies, and a 3 AM Battle for My Money I booked this hotel for six nights, thinking it looked decent in the pictures. Big mistake. After checking in and heading out for dinner with my wife, we returned to discover the room wasn’t just ours, it was home to a full-blown cockroach infestation. Disgusted, I contacted Trip.com, expecting some level of support. Their brilliant advice? “Tell the hotel.” So, I did. The hotel flat-out refused to refund me. I pushed harder, but they held their ground. At this point, I turned back to Trip.com, thinking surely they’d step in. Instead, I spent hours until 3 AM fighting with them, only to be stonewalled at every turn. With no choice, I had to book another night just to have a place to sleep. It took six days of relentless back-and-forth to finally claw back my refund, and even then, they tried to shortchange me at every opportunity. The hotel was a disaster, Trip.com was useless, and the entire experience was an absolute nightmare. Stay far, far away from both.

Good room. Very helpful reception manager. Close to the night life. Be careful to walk there because of little space for pedestrians and somehow crazy driving.

Been here a few times now and the lady at reception is very friendly and allowed me to check in early,very helpful staff and great value for money

The place lacks everyday room cleaning. But the location is nice if you want to dive deep into Pattaya nightlife.

I can't say enough good things about the OYO Nakorn. I needed to leave the hotel in a rush very quickly due to an emergency issue, leaving a lot of my possessions behind, some quite valuable which I didn't realise including my camera and some expensive shirts. Instead of those items disappearing as you can assume they may well have done in other places, my things were packed away and kindly forwarded when I got back in touch a few days later.  I'm very thankful to the hotel for doing this for me. Regarding some other reviews I've seen on here, I stayed at this hotel for over a month, so I think I can give good opinion. - Staff were always very friendly whatever time I was back and forth (sometimes very late/early). If other people had problems maybe their own attitude? - I often had friends (1 per time) call around each day, no issues, comments or complaints. - Cleaning can be daily if you ask for it, but the cleaning approach is "ask for it if you want it", and I have no problem with this, every other day is fine for me, towels swapped daily. Just a case of going out to ask for a swap when you hear the team going around. I don't like my room cleaned every day. - I did get the odd cockroach in my room but cockroaches are not harmful, I would just capture it and let it out. I didn't get the idea that the place was "infested" like some guy said. I think that's an exaggeration.  - Not the hotels fault, the road that goes from the hotel to the next main road (called 3rd Road) does not have a pavement. So yes you do need to be a little careful when walking to the bars. But the hotel has its own car park, restaurant and driveway, so it cannot be a hotel complaint really. Not something they are in control of. For me the price vs quality ratio is good and I would stay again for sure. Thank you again.

The hotel is good value and the facilities are fine. My room had a nice balcony overlooking the town. It’s quite quiet at night time considering the area is quite near a lot of crazy bars. Staff are patient in the circumstances..

Nice budget hotel. Worth the momey. But wouldnt recommend it. I would spend a extra few dollars for something more posh personally. But at a weekend it s a good money saver

This is lie from hotel day no room because my nook price to low say no room fully check in but when I left there is come in check in hotel hotel let check in for west hotel that I book

Easy check in Clean room with comfortable bed and plenty of food nearby, close to 7/11. Would stay again!

Room was filthy full of dust under bed not cleaned for months staff very rude probably the worst treatment I've have in 6 months in Thailand to be fair
