Stayed for 3 days while in Pattaya, great location, right in the middle of everywhere and within walking distances. Friendly team down at the hotel. Good value.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tycoon Palace Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. Nestled in a peaceful area, the hotel offered a tranquil retreat from the bustle of everyday life. The atmosphere was calm and serene, making it the perfect place to unwind.

Great staff and lovely small pool. Free coffee and tea area in reception. The pool bar closed no pool side service and the sun beds were uncomfortable. On the last day some cushions were put out. Poor location really unless you are willing to ride motorcycle taxis. A ten minute walk to Soi Buckaou can pickup BAHT buses or twenty minutes to the second road where the bus runs in both directions into central and north Pattaya and the other way into Jomtien. I found the beds uncomfortable but my friend thought they were great. Cleaners great and cleaned late if required . Would stay again if the deal was right but there are better hotels nearer the beach for not a great deal more. Recommended if you are on a tight budget

Near the intersection between Third Road and （South）Pattaya Tai Road. Swimming pool is pleasant.

This hotel is worth the price overall. The location of this hotel is decent, and it only takes you 20 minutes to walk to the beach.

Older hotel and not well maintained, focus on Chinese customers as the hotel is being rented/leased by a Chinese chap you lives in Pattaya and heavily marketed in china apparently. Would not return. Good location what we had to do.

Hotel is good and clean , WiFi work well , clearly the environment of the room and bathroom not beautiful, but who care , position is great , reception very nice, the pool very small .

Booked this as it looked great in the photos. Reviews were ok. We booked in and went to our room. This was not the room I booked. I went back to reception and they duly changed the room. This was on the other side of the corridor with a pool view. So same room different view. Not the superior double room booked. Everywhere stunk of ****. One person came out of the lift smoking. The room was tired and the shower had had tile repairs done and filled with mastic. Which goes mouldy. I would have had a better nights sleep on the floor the mattress was that hard. The safe for the room was that small you could pick it up and walk out with it in your bag. The room was not secure as we could not lock the patio windows. The locks were jammed. We asked about the rooms being cleaned with the staff. You ha be to book to have your room cleaned. To have your towels changed and to have more toilet paper. We only stayed 2 nights. When we booked out we had no feed back from the reception and no chance of getting a refund.

Location wise is good but old hotel 🏨 like each and everything in room is old...

A bit difficult to find I must say, but once you did, it’s quite easy and nice. Swimming pool is open 24/7, loved it, absolutely an enjoyment. Girls at the reception are wonderful to talk to, full of laughters. Wonderful chitchatting service jajajajajaja
