What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, offering helpful recommendations and addressing any requests promptly and with a smile.

I would highly recommend this place. Left the august suite a day early as it was terrible. The stay at aster hotel was the best. I wish I found this place before I booked the other **** hole. My new hotel from now on. Soft bed comfy sheets. Kitchen and washing machine. Breakfast was so good for a small hotel. Love it

I have a been a long time customer to this hotel for the past 8 years because the staff service is impeccable. The location is very good with free one way shuttle service to three major malls in Pattaya.

It was a wonderful stay at Aster Hotel and Residence. The hotel was clean and the cleaning staff did their job well. The staff is friendly and courteous. Mr. Pukky in particular always tried to help me.
