Perfect Family Getaway at Veranda Resort Pattaya We had a truly enjoyable stay at Veranda Resort Pattaya! I booked the family room, which was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. The private pool added a special touch that made our time even more relaxing and fun. The atmosphere throughout the resort was peaceful and beautifully designed—ideal for a family vacation. Breakfast was another highlight: a great variety of delicious options, beautifully presented, and all at a very reasonable price. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, making our stay smooth and memorable. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and well-rounded resort experience!

We booked this resort hoping for a relaxing escape from the city, and in many ways, it did not disappoint. The pricing was reasonable, the breakfast was adequate, and our room was both spacious and spotless. It had all the comfort we were looking for in a getaway. However, one challenge impacted our stay. Our room faced a pool villa of a neighboring hotel, where guests held lively gatherings nearly every night. On one occasion, loud karaoke continued into the early morning hours, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. We reached out to reception for assistance, and while they tried to help, the situation remained unresolved. Eventually, we were offered another room at 3 AM so we could rest more peacefully. It is a lovely property with great potential, but light sleepers may want to request a room in a quieter part of the resort. With a few adjustments, especially around room placement or coordination with nearby establishments, the experience could be much more serene.

we really enjoyed our holiday at this hotel. The pool is big and has a private beach. The room is spacious and clean. Bed is very comfy.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Indoor parking is available with easy access up the building. The room was fully equipped and neatly organized, and the massive smart TV was a personal highlight—definitely a win in my book! All the staff were friendly and attentive, providing warm, professional service throughout our short stay. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to spend much time at the hotel as we had to head back to Bangkok early. We booked the Oceanfront room, which had a great view, but one drawback was the lack of privacy. The room was located right next to the pool, and families with young children started swimming early in the morning, creating quite a bit of noise. The glass doors didn’t block sound well, so if you’re looking for peace and quiet, I’d recommend choosing a different room type. Despite that, I was still very impressed with the overall experience. I’d definitely consider returning for another stay!

At first, there was a very musty smell in the room but the staff kindly changed us to a new room, overall the room was clean enough, there was not much choice for breakfast. View look good on sky bar 4 fl.

The hotel is wonderful place and quiet. All staffs are high hospital and ready to service. The breakfast is variety of the menu and fresh fruits. The facilities are amazing and wonderful. The ice cream shop very tasty and delicious.

Very nice hotel and nice vibe

The hotel was lovely, but there is room for improvement, especially in maintaining the standards expected of a 5-star resort. The poolside service was lacking, as there was no staff available to take orders, which was disappointing. On the other hand, the room cleaning was excellent and met expectations. The breakfast, while decent, could benefit from more variety to enhance the dining experience. Overall, it was a very good stay, but a few adjustments could elevate it to truly match the 5-star resort experience.

The facilities are great and service from the staff is good. The view of the pool and beach of the hotel was the highlight during our stay in pattaya. However, you can see that the hotel room amentities is a bit old and used for a long time. The breakfast options are quite limitied and quality is so-so. The location is a bit far to the city centre as well, but just walking distance to jomtien beach. Other than that, everything is good and definitely worth-staying when you are in pattaya. It was a great experience to stay here during new year countdown.

I think one of the best hotel I stay , I stay sky poool suit and room so big , they put 3 refrigerator very big pool in room , I think better than photo, I advice they make new photos for room.

Good location and service, except that there are good and bad staff. Not really god for family. Good for couple.

Spent two nights during Songkran. Great place for family hangout. The food options and quality can be better.

Service is meet to standard with located next to beach, easy to walk. Room clean and tidy standard as well as amenity is very nice smell, breakfast is variety and quality. Once choice to return it again .

Bed is a real king size, or should say it is even bigger than normal king size. Design of washing area and bath tub is a bit weird for me. Make sure the design while booking.
