the room is big and spacious the pillows are comfortable the air inside feels clean the room is clean the room have complete amenities the area is safe you can walk towards hard rock cafe, the beach, central pattaya rent was cheap great value for money internet feels slow during the holiday visit you have to provide 2K baht cash deposit upfront

Price performance top, would recommend it to anyone who doesn't like luxury

Great value hotel even in high season. Nice hotel and room. It is down a side Soi off Central Pattaya road. Not right in the centre of the action but still within walking distant of the nightlife on Soi Buakhao area. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and modern. Only slight negative is that the pool is small.and in shade for a lot of the day. Still very happy with my stay though

The hotel location is no good and it is at the end of alley and then walk father to the other end of another alley. 5 to 6 big dogs around days and nights. The pool view room doesn't really has a good view of the pool view. For my opinion, it is not worth to pay more for that type of rooms. I also tried for the city view room, but they are not facing the city but they are facing to the other side of their hotel rooms closely. Rooms are small, and the lights are dim. The bed is comfortable and the air condition is cool. But the water pressure and the water temperature is inconsistent. Sometimes the water runs very slows and sometimes it runs ok. But the terrible is the water temperature can be extremely hot suddenly and burned my skins even though I did not turn hot water. It happens anytime during days and nights. Also, my room are full of all different kind of chemicals. It is very difficult for me. They overuse the strong santiziers and cleaning products. My housekeeper doesn't respect my request. I request her not to keep spraying their strong santiziers inside my room. She did it anyway. After I talked to her, she sprayed more hers towards my room. No breakfast buffet is available. No tea or coffee is provided inside your room. At final, I asked the front desk staffs requesting to move to another room. But they said that I have to talk to their Manager who worked in Auguest suite. This is a joke! I had never seen that hotel guests need to talk to the manager only in requesting change the room. Overall, one may try for a day if the price is very low.

Hotel Staggs are friendly and helpful. Hotel is located at the end of alley . After you still have to walk towards almost the left end. Some dogs are there. I like dogs but just be mindful if they may bite from the previous guests review. Hotel is a bit old, but well maintained. I think my room has the best view with a little sea view only. The beds are comfortable. Some of the pillows are really old with yellow and blood stains. Please replace it. Some of the TV Chanel are not clear as it has so much snow in my room. Water pressure is ok but the temperature of water is not consistently. No coffee or tea is provided. This is wired. 7 eleven is at the beginning of entrance of the alley. It is walkable to the big c supermarket and terminal 21. But one may want to take the baht bus instead of walking. As it is very dusty due to the construction of building at the beginning of the alley and it smell very bad afrom the trash cans from the night market nearby. No breakfast buffet and no restaurant is available inside the hotel. Air condition is cool, but it has some mold smell. The housekeepers use some very strong smell santiziers or cleaning solution inside the room, especially inside the bath room. It is very different to wash out by water. I don't really like it and it is kind of irritated and made me have headache. I would recommend if the room price is cheap.

Great hotel, amazing bed, probably the best bed I have slept in, the last four years🤣, friendly employees. Had a good stay here, good swimming pool, good gym. The wifi is not great, and they don’t have a restaurant yet, and have to go outside to do laundry. Other than that, I had a fabulous stay. Thanks March hotel😜

Very far from beach no restaurant on premises very bad customer service at reception bordering on rudeness pressure on shower very poor lack of hot water for bath tub just only luke warm .I would not stay at this hotel again.interactions with staff at reception and customer service is the worse I've ever seen . Definitely do not stay here.

During a recent 12-day hotel stay, I encountered several disappointing experiences that left a sour impression of what was supposed to be a relaxing trip. From the very start, the unprofessional behavior of the receptionist set the tone. She was not polite, lacked basic customer service skills, and struggled to handle even simple requests. Her dismissive attitude and inability to provide clear communication were frustrating, especially after a long journey. To make matters worse, the room I was assigned was not the city-view room I had specifically reserved and paid for in advance. Instead, I was given a room with a less desirable view, and when I brought this to the receptionist’s attention, she seemed uninterested and offered no immediate solution. It wasn’t until much later, after repeated complaints, that any effort was made to address the issue, which made me feel undervalued as a guest. Adding to the inconvenience, the hotel’s internet was unreliable for the first three days of my stay. Despite advertising high-speed connectivity, the Wi-Fi was either painfully slow or completely unavailable, making it nearly impossible to get work done or stay connected with family and friends. While the internet issue was eventually fixed, the delay was frustrating and avoidable had the hotel taken quicker action. Overall, these issues tarnished what could have been an enjoyable experience. A lack of professionalism, unmet expectations regarding the room, and poor handling of internet problems made this stay far less pleasant than anticipated.

The hotel its new, look nice, room size great, have pool and gym, and prices r decent as well. Just the location I dislike abit. If wasn't the location. I think this is one of the best hotel.

My room in the March Hotel was a bit noisy, because you can hear everything that happens outside in the corridor, so I was often woken up in the morning by the conversations and work of the chambermaids. Apart from that, however, everything was fine. The room was very clean and the staff polite. I also found the location very good, everything important was within walking distance.

Such a great hotel to stay at in Pattaya, great rooms with a balcony and awesome service from the staff, will be back
