Excellent location. Good breakfast spread. Rooms are comfortable.

Front desk staff were professional and friendly. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows could be better, although its probably hard to please everyone. The only thing i dont like about the hotel is the pool area is very small and the price to stay is a little high.

Nice property. Reception staff are awful and very rude. But the bell staff are nice.  Housekeeping are very friendly as well as the pool bar service. Location is good, except for the annoying motorbike ***** at the entrance. They will not allow other motorbikes to pick us up at the front of the property. They intimidate other writers to park elsewhere making us walk further.

Hotel Amber Pattaya provided excellent service and a friendly welcome. They provided great cleaning service and were always happy to help, the food at the bar was also reasonably priced and enjoyable. The room was spacious and very clean. The location is perfect with only a short walk to the main areas. If I return to Pattaya, I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again.

Stayed here before and would still recommend. Location down a quiet alley. Rooms are good sized and clean. Pool is smaller but didn't use.

I stay at Amber everything, the staff are brilliant, so friendly, they are great..The hotel is always so clean and organised. Well done to everyone.

Not clean, not quiet, pool with so much chemicals… not nice staff and expensive

Hotel is nicely quietly located and still near the lively areas.

Nice set up hotel & walking distance to pattaya beach. Nearby many food option.
