No slippers, hair dryer, water leakage in bathroom, not address customers. Ask customers to clean the towels when checking out. If not, I need to pay the towel fee. I clean it within one minute and return to them. They said ok then. House cleaning in 9 am, very noise.

Best hotel in pattaya "10/10 "stay here always !staff are always helpful and make sure your stay is comfortable

Located in the heart of the city, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Huge room with balcony

Not friendly,bad manners,good rooms & good quality

this is my 2nd time stay in the same hotel and there is no regret to stay another time as well. if you compare property space location vs price you will not get the same in any premise in Pattaya. i am working in Bangkok so Pattaya is my 2nd home and stayed in many hotels, but this hotel is in my top 2 now. thanks.

Special thanks to front staff and door men and room cleaning lady. she was dynamic. All staff 10 out of 10. Excellent hotel and will see you again. Cheers ... Peter

1- staff were too rude dont know what kind of attitude they have,atleast they should talk nicely specially the fat man with long hair on reception dont know the name. 2- rooms have tea pot but no tea bags or coffee bags and dont even have electric point dere so whats the use of pot. Apart rooms are big , location was good

Used to be a good hotel in the past , now medium range , 2000 baht deposit for key which I think is a stupid policies. Next door there is a building under construction so be prepared to listen the building song. On my floor 7th no plug near the bed. Staff is cute but the big man in reception should be a little more smiley and welcoming. My last time in August

The room is so big and clean. It has 2 queen bed. I like the bathroom it’s clean

Smooth service

It was an awesome accommodation. Only one thing I don’t like is there were complementary bottles of water only. Others were perfect.

Well I chose this as I want to be accessible to Pattaya beach, and indeed it is around 10 minutes walk down to the beach. The hotel is spacious and quiet throughout my stay. The room is spacious and clean. The receptionist is friendly and room service is efficient. Breakfast is decent. They have a cat in the hotel and it is cute. Things to improve: hot water is really hot and tried to lower the heat but still hot so beware. No hotel slipper provided. Overall I do recommend it.
