Excellent pool access room, the whole hotel was so pretty! We stayed for 2 nights and didn’t book with breakfast, but we ordered floating breakfast. It was excellent for value, definitely worth a try! Floating lunch costs the same, we ordered it on another day as well.

WiFi need to be improve. Lovely view and pool.

Wonderful place, very good service

All staff was helpful and friendly. The food that we ordered at the restaurant was delicious! We loved everything at this hotel. The most beautiful hotel! We loved the swimming pool areas!

Good and unique design. It is very quiet and the atmosphere is filled with water sounds, which is very relaxing. Very nice bath tub too to soak and enjoy the room. Room open to pool access. Really nice and very nice for a couple retreat! Will be back!

The hardware is ok, with the swimming pools and so on, but the software is nothing compared with with a high star hotel. No Concierge, no international phone calls, outdated processes are some of the problems but given the price, it’s not too bad to stay here ……

This was one of the last hotels of my trip, so had plenty to compare it to. My first impressions were good, though as time went on and I saw the room, I don't feel like this is 5 stars worthy. The room feels a little dated , with some minor issues like marks on items and walls, or leaking taps or poor water pressure. The pool is nice though.

A big warning on this hotel !!! Was going to spend 2 nights at this hotel and was looking forward to a pleasant stay. But after one night we gave up and moved away. Food in the area is next to non-existent. The cooling unit in the room sounded like a grinder and it was next to impossible to sleep without earplugs. The pool is a play pool for mostly children and in the middle of the pool there is a fountain that makes so much noise that you have to raise your voice to be able to talk to each other if you sit or live near the pole like we did. Tried to get a refund on the last night when we wanted to move. However, the answer was that they did not want to refund as we chose to move ourselves. So it was an expensive night!!! In addition, the staff really didn't behave as they should in such a highly rated hotel, with a really sarcastic comment when we sat outside in the morning to have a little rest with a cup of coffee. At 06.30 the lung net stopped, because then the fountains would definitely be on. When we asked if they could wait a bit to put them on, they were completely uninterested in being accommodating. As I said, you are deceived by the pictures that this hotel presents that it is supposed to be a quiet resort. It is not what it seems to be!!!

The hotel is located perfectly at a peaceful and convenient distance from Terminal 21. The pool access room is very wonderful. We enjoyed the stay at the hotel very much. The staff was very friendly. Strongly recommend for others to stay at the hotel.
