Convenient location right in the center of pattaya. Short ride to all popular tourist locations. Lots of massage and food restaurants outside the hotel. Big bed. Good value for price. Gym and swimming pool are satisfactory for price.

Great place overall with a convenient location, a generally safe environment, and a comfortable bed. The room was clean and well-kept. One thing to note: if you're returning to the hotel late at night, you might be approached by a ******* outside. Depending on your perspective, this could either be something to be aware of or a potential plus. I did have a small issue with the receptionist on duty around noon on 7 Oct '24. The person working at 12 PM seemed a bit unfriendly, and when I came down to request for room service at 2 PM, I was told it would be done, but it wasn't followed through. It’s better to manage expectations if it's not possible to fulfill the request. That said, the other receptionists were all friendly and helpful, which balanced out the experience!

I'm staying here for 4 nights, It's a very nice hotel and the location was indeed good, however they only provide one key card and it's very difficult for my husband to go down for smoked while I'm already asleep and one more thing non smoking room but they provide the ashtray if you caught smoke have to pay 2000baht. Was wondering what the ashtray is used for. Overall it's a very supreme hotel. And the receptionist is very friendly and helpful.

Awesome place, fantastic location and bed is one of the most comfortable I ever had. Kudos to staff at reception (Cartoon and Bowi) for being so friendly and professional. Swimming pool on rooftop is a plus.

Great location . Good budget hotel in the middle of the action

Nice clean hotel, slap bang in the middle of tree town. Rooms that back onto tree town can be loud if your a light sleeper. I just took my hearing aid out. Pool was a relief from the heat, nice early in the morning, no one uses it. A/c did'nt work the first night, but they quickly fixed the issue.

Great location for those who are there to party. Modern rooms, comfy beds. Rooms facing Tre Town are noisy.
