Amazing seaview, good location, 15 minutes walking to the boats pier Balihai. The host is gold, even brought me additional mattress protector etc, I prefer a soft bed. The soundproofing is really good, didn't hear anything. Washing machine in the balcony. The hairdryer is slow. Even public trash bin place is clean. Security in the building. Big inf.swimming pool and a gym (not too various) with a public shower, very convenient. Suitable for adults, no bars on the balcony. Comfy sofa. Good fridge. A lot of knives and plates, a pan, no forks and spoons (I didn't need, I guess the host can provide if ask him). Good shower with gel&shampoo. Good aircons.

I had a wonderful stay here — it truly completed my holiday perfectly! The place felt just like home, cozy and comfortable in every way. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel very welcome. This was actually my second time staying here, and I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Good Apartments. Good location. There were three of us. My wife and I on a cot, our son on a fold-out sofa. The apartment has everything. We were very happy to stay in such apartments. You can see the sunrise from the window. We lived for two weeks. We did not encounter any cockroaches in the apartment. But from what other guests have told us, there are cockroaches on the lower floors. The pool is not heated, like everywhere else.

It's far from the center of Pattaya.

While we’re not literally sitting on top of the city center, we’re only 250 meters from the main road with songthaews (shared taxis) running all day. Walking Street is 1 km, Bali Hai Pier 900 m, Pattaya Beach 1.3 km, and Central Festival 2 km. So unless “in the center” means stepping out the door straight into the nightlife, we think it’s a pretty quick trip to everywhere you want to be!
