I am extremely satisfied with my stay at this apartment, as it exceeded all my expectations. Firstly, the location is incredibly convenient, with numerous restaurants, supermarkets, and public transportation options nearby, making daily life very easy. Secondly, the apartment itself is well-equipped, and the facilities are well-maintained, making for a very comfortable living experience. Additionally, the management team is friendly and professional, promptly addressing any issues and providing excellent service. The environment of the apartment is quiet and safe, giving a homely feel. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and high-quality living environment.

This apartment boasts an unparalleled location in Pattaya, strategically centered and in close proximity to everywhere you want to go with the 10 bhat Songthaew. With an array of dining options just downstairs, the Central Festival Mall a mere 5-minute walk away, and the stunning Pattaya beach right across the street, convenience is truly at your doorstep. The room itself is immaculate, newly furnished, and offers a comfortable retreat. The owner's responsiveness and seamless check-in process only enhance the overall experience. However, the true highlight of the stay is the rooftop infinity pool on the 31st floor, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea. Its design flawlessly integrates with the surrounding vistas, creating an unforgettable ambiance, especially during a sunset swim. Additionally, the 30th-floor amenities, including a coworking workspace, gym, and sauna, provide equally mesmerizing views. On the downside, proximity to nightlife may result in some nighttime noise, and the lack of a reception area for early bag drop-off could be inconvenient. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this apartment to others.

Location is great. Have restaurant and massage shop nearby. The pool is a big highlight!!! I booked it for the pool and the view and it did disappoint us. Will come here again if I even visit Pattya

衞生：真的很乾凈很舒服。布草都是統一消毒的就是五星⭐酒店標準，用着很安心，房間香香的一塵不染。 服務：老闆有問必答有求必應服務熱情積極迴應，我們來之前沒做功課，老闆耐心解答推薦很多避坑路線，點個大大的贊👍🏻老闆給推薦的射擊館很好👌🏻大家可以去試試都是真槍實彈，按頭安利！ 環境：地理位置優越，下樓五分鐘就走到海灘，還有一個本地夜市吃東西很方便味道也不錯。 設施：現代裝修風格很新網紅店適合拍照📸很出片！洗漱用品一應俱全，吹風機風力超大吹頭髮不錯不錯！ 最後彩蛋🥚老闆超級帥的小哥哥！高大威猛，幽默風趣，一見傾心！哈哈 我還會再來！

環境乾淨整潔 還可以看到一點點海 有問題跟房務提都馬上得到解決方案 有很棒的體驗 推薦給所有想來芭達雅玩的朋友們！

照片與實際不符，盜圖，完全不一個房間。床單被套都不套。臟的要死，嚇人，酒店不給退，虧就虧了，後來重新定酒店。根本不能住人，希望中國人不要被騙！不要被騙！！！別來這裏！！！！

酒店位置真是絕了，離商場很近，房間很乾凈温馨，直接就能看到海，下樓有小夜市，風情的芭提雅真的到處是酒吧，路邊熱情的泰國小姐姐，過於熱情得看好自己的老公，不然有可能他就會找不到回家的路。這個季節出行沒那麼熱，天空很藍，我們打算第二天去格蘭島，管家非常熱情給了我們上島指南，直接到碼頭坐大船衹需要6塊人民幣，之後在島上租摩託車一整天也就40塊人民幣，要是沒管家指導我們估計會去報團，太貼心啦，還給我們推薦了一些便宜不踩坑的飯店，這次旅行非常愉快，謝謝管家！🥰

千萬別訂！！！臟亂差！樓下酒吧！都是白人帶來小時遊的那種房間 1.床單被罩都沒換，被罩裂開了，被芯都敞開，被芯居然可以發黴！！ 2.沒固定阿姨打掃，地上都是前一位碎頭髮 3.洗衣機臟不可言！看圖！ 4.環境就是羣租房，長租客的公寓 5.網上訂接近400，一家一模一樣的商家200多，多個商家共同經營一個公寓 6.掛羊頭賣狗肉，訂一家公寓，把你帶到另外一棟公寓辦理入住，無語絕了！ 申明：本人性格極好，包容性極強，可惜碰到這個提出訴訟還不給整改調整的管家，絕了！
