Good hotel in a convenient location, pool and gym is great but normally no breakfast provided. Walking distance to 7/11 and eatery.

A little bit disappointed because we've got a room in another building and it's not good. But room was big and location was good area.

Nice pool and staff is very friendly as they navigate between Chinese, Thai and English.

Central location very near BTS and MRT. Good facilities in room and across the property, ATM and convenience store onsite. Clean spacious rooms. consistently very good service. Highly recommended.

โรงแรมหาไม่ยากค่ะ อยู่ตรงถนนเลย มีที่จอดรถ ใกล้ 7-11 ห้องสะอาด พนง สุภาพมาก

บรรยากาศดี ห้องพักสวยหรู แต่บรรยากาศรอบๆ ดูเก่าไปหน่อย ควรปลูกต้นไม้ดอกไม้ จะทำให้ที่พักสดชื่นมากขึ้นครับ

โรงแรมอยู่กลางเมืองพัทยาเดินทาวสะดวกมากค่ะ

部屋も広くて寝るには充分。 周りのマッサージ屋も安く、飲みに出歩くのもとても良い

泳池水涼．早餐單一，環境噪聲大。

各方面都挺好的。

No! Just no! 9 years ago, we stayed here and it was more than worth its 4 Stars! It had a concierge, it had a restaurant! Amazing breakfast, hotel packed, fine dining at night. It was the best! The pool and rooms were absolute luxury! Of course we would book LK again! Right? As it happens the site we booked through said they were fully booked for the two weeks base we needed for our trip to Thailand. So we tried their sister hotel! My previous review of that is on here! Long story short, sister hotel was bad, we got transferred to Lk royal suite where we had stayed previously! OMG how they haven’t had their 4 star rating stripped is beyond me! Air conditioning didn’t work and when it did it was so pitiful we had to literally drag the bed full length of the room over to the wall mounted machine to get a smidgen of breath of cold air! I can’t express how grim this place was and how grim the LK chain has become. The pools facilities ie sun loungers were soaked and stained and the water was so murky we had to go and get showered after a literal dip! Lucky for us, we spent 10 days travelling islands and the hotel was just a base! But never ever again! The limited staff they had were amazing, I won’t take that away from them, but that’s Thai people all over, friendliest, warmest people! Shame their employers let them down! The hotel chain is a dive!
