My wife liked everything. The service is good, the room is spacious and has a coffee table and two chairs. However, there's no "sea view". There's another building right in front of the hotel. So the question of how the hotel came to the conclusion that it has a sea view remains to be answered. There are flakes of some kind of translucent film floating in the pool. Overall 4 out of 5.

This hotel is convenient to the supermarket and mall, but the 7 eleven is a bit far. Hotel rooms are old, and many cracks on the wall. There is no key card. That means there is no air condition on when you go out. During the night, the air condition may get stuffy and noise. After i opened the door to the housekeeper for just few minutes, my room was full of humidity on the floor and mirror, see attached pictures. The water pressure from the bath is very poor and weak. I didn't enjoy my shower and get good shower everyday. It has hot water. The swimming pool area is good and they have refresh drinks for nearby the pool side area. Rooms has no view. Most of the staffs are good. They provide soap, qtips, but no tooth brush, no toothpaste and no sandal. So you may want to bring your own.

It's close to Central Mari, so it's location-friendly. The facilities are a little old, but the accommodation is cheap, so it defends against its disadvantages. The lobby staff is kind. It's a cost-effective hotel.

Parts of Pattaya has a notorious reputation internationally, and I wanted to avoid that, which is why I chose this hotel, which is situated in North Pattaya, not totally isolated, but far away enough. I believe this hotel complex is made up of a few other hotels, all under the same group, Sabai Group. Sabai Sabana, from what I can tell, is the oldest/least lux one. The building with rooms that has a balcony facing the pool looked chill and luxe and I would love to stay in those rooms.
Otherwise, my room was also pretty decent. Not the best, but not the worst by far too. I liked the closet as it had space and hangers for me to hang my clothes. AC is a little unique to use, but I got the hang of it (hint: 15 degrees I don't think means 15 degrees since you can adjust it off the scale, even).
I think this is between a small family hotel and a hotel chain, so the service is not personalized and intimate, but it's also not strictly professional. Staff was friendly and helpful enough.

Amazing stay. Rooms are clean, ac is extremely cold but loud. Though there's a window, it's facing a wall outside. Bed is hard which i like. Toilet is functional but otherwise bare. Used traditional key for entry to rooms with a huge key tag and welded to a key chain. Can't lose it, but it's a chore to bring it around. Power outlet is minimal, but ok for solo traveller. The free drinks is great, and 2 bottles of water in room works well in hot weather here.

It;s a very great stay! From the staff and facilities, they are tier3. Location wise since it is a bit away from the Pub street but so close with Terminal21 which we like walking there. The room and pool is very clean. Thou I wish they can provide toothpaste and brush next time.
