Hotel manager was rude. After my reaching he denied to stay third person. Say to me we have no space for third saying me to cancel my booking and to see new hotel when i reached 11pm inspite of i called him for my booking of three person 3 hours prior of my arrival in hotel. Hotel is worst unhinged and having unbelievable bad behaviour.

Surroundings are not clean, hotel is located in an interior street, refused to arrange transportation, hot water and geyser not available, high cost food

Stayed there for 2 night. Booked online through mmt
check-in and check-out was hassle free. Service cost (tea, lunch, dinner) are costly considering quality of services.

The hotel new asian is located in a good location near patna railway station & airport. Non ac rooms ar not very charming, but 24 hr hot water supply available. The main plus point is the very good yet economical food and the excellent room service provided by the staffs, which quite comfortably overcomes the pitfall due to average room quality. Overall, we had a good, comfortable & safe stay. Nothing else.
