Location good, food costly, services up to the mark. Recommended for stay. Behaviour of staff was good. Wish to come again.

The feedback is that it was a terrible experience. Rate 1. We moved to another hotel and they refused refund. The hotel was up three levels with no lift from the road. There were stray dogs lying around the walk to the lifts. The lift was so small we could not put luggage and people. The room called royal club room was nothing royal. Towels were gray instead of white, no bottled water, had to buy. Bathroom was a bucket and scoop for bath and no hot water. Beds were hard as rock and pillow was very soft almost flat. We stayed first night and the checked out. Are you able to get refund for the two nights for us? it would be bad for your business to promote this hotel.

Good location, but overall experience is average, water is chargeable, room telephone is not working. Food is spicy.

Hotel ke room me baht hi smell aa raha tha, main e reception par kai bar complain kiya u sake bad mera room change kiya gaya, fooding quality is very poor, mujhe 16/10/2024 ko chokha khrab diya gaya auro mujhase jabardasti poise bhi lye gaye. Kripaya ap mera feedback le rah e hian to poise jaroor return karayen auro fooding quality ke lye bolen ye apase meri humble request hai.

My staying experience with the hotel can be stated as average even for the room tariff at patna. The rooms are very small comparatively and maintenance is not that good. The airconditioner position is such that the air blast comes directly on the head causing discomfort. The toilet is small but better maintatined.
