Complimentary breakfast not proper, very limited choice and does not meet other same price hotel standard. Urgent improvement required, actually customer facility regarding complimentary breakfast has been restricted by hotel authorities

Rude n unprofessional staff. I have booked through mm t which includes complementary breakfast but they have charge full money for that. They will force to take mineral water and will not provide ro water. One of worst experiences in this hotel. Think twice before book this hotel.

We are not getting the rooms which is shown at the time of booking ex, area of room, wash room is dirty and drainage system is too bad. Very bad arrangement in hotel at patna

My second visit with family, liked it. First visited here in July 2021 and second in September 2022. So in a span of 14 months, this hotel has kept it's quality intact and the food is good, the room service is good, so is the restaurant kitchen. Would love to come here again!
