wonderful ambiance and friendly staff! the rooms were comfortable, spotless, and well-maintained, making for a truly relaxing stay. an ideal place to stay in pathankot—highly recommend!

Pathetic room quality, there was hairs in bed sheet, room was not clean, bad experience, not recommended to family

The grand , provides us a buffet at that time which is not much costly , we are 5 friends and enjoyed that meal , and behaviour of staff members is too good , and this hotel is located on dangu road pathankot and majority of individuals prefer to choose this , because of their good food

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

Property location is ok but they have no restaurant. The bad sheet got some sauces stained they charge us 1000 extra for this. It was my 1st experience with ahotel. And the staff guy also misbehave with us.

Best hotel for accommodation at pathankot but avoid their inhouse restaurant as we found dead insect in food. Reported them and they have agreed to serve fresh cooked dish but we denied. Rest all are best at this hotel

An average place. If it’s an overnight stay, it’s ok. If you intend to stay longer find a better place. Still we found the staff cooperative and agreeable. We were travelling to Dalhousie the next day and chose this place for the night stay. One good thing that this place is in the middle of the city. All the grocery that you might need is just walking distance.
