Great location! Make sure to reserve parking if you have a car. We only stayed one night but it was a great stay. The staff was helpful. We missed the breakfast, but we heard good things about it. Everything was within walking distance which was great. The street the hotel is on can get a little busy, so it was nice not having to get the car out each time. Overall, great stay.

Staff was extremely helpful. We had last minute emergency that required a schedule change. The staff worked it out for us at on additional cost. Great location. Right on the river and on the edge of old down. A little over a 15 minute walk to the train station. Very clean room. Quiet. Great breakfast.

Beautiful in its location, and room layout - facilities presented Spotless. Our room looked out at St. Pauls which is quite magnificent, in its architecture, history and location. Staff extremely attentive and professional. Breakfast, under the Supervision of Joseph - excellent quality & selection, in a beautiful room looking out over the Danube River. Wonderful location to walk Passau, the narrow, winding cobblestone lanes and alley ways. Degree of "mountaineering" in your walking, that needs consideration to age & health status. Not to be disheartened - there is AMPLE flat joyous walking in this splendid German City. We will return sooner than later from our house in Budapest, Hungary to stay again in this Class deserving 4-star Hotel.

Convenient, very nice rooms (had a Danube river view), excellent breakfast. We arrived a little early but Alexandra at reception was very helpful and checked us right in. She was also very hospitable and very helpful at other times too. Staff at breakfast was also very helpful and responsive. There was one other person during day at reception who said about herself that she was "more experienced" but she was definitely not hospitable nor welcoming. Too bad she doesn't learn from the less experienced staff who understand customer relations.

Had a great room with river view, Balconey had hot tub and sauna which we did not use. Hotel had indoor parking about a block away. Breakfast was very good and the service was superb. Front desk staff were very helpful. Walking distance to old town and restaurants. Would definately stay here again.

We stayed two nights at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and plenty of choices. Location is right next to Danube River and within walking distance of most everything.

Excellent hotel with excellent location. Very friendly staff and nice rooms. Parking was tight, but possible with normal size car. Very good breakfast. Excellent city spa on top floor with Finnish sauna. Highly recommended.

I got the basic room and it has a view to the river, nice surprise because usually the cheapest rooms have terrible views. The location is great. The room is clean and ok for a 4-star hotel. It includes a breakfast buffet, that, for being included was ok but I wouldn’t pay for that breakfast. The bad thing was the service at the reception desk. Not friendly or helpful.
