Because of the proxity of this hotel to NAIA (Ninoy Aquino International Airport) , i will rate this hotel as almost 5/5. Beside the hotel is a convenience store (7-11) and of course, Jollibee. the concerns i had during my stay, there was no toilet paper in the room and there was no tv remote.upon calling the front desk they attended to my request.(i shouldn't be calling for this anyways). also, i booked for a room with city view and i was given a room where the view is the rest of the building. Other than this concerns, I'd still go back to this hotel because the front desk is courteous enough as well as the rest of the staff (security and porters)when you get in.

Room was excellent 👌👌👌, very clean and spacious. Towels are fresh and new. Staffs are great and friendly. Breakfast is quite good. Overall we enjoyed our 1 night stay here with my spouse and kid. Thank u hotel 101. Til next book again.☺️

The Hotel is very nice! The staff are so polite and well mannered. The only problem was they gave us incomplete amenities for a 3rd adult person as they only provide us for 2 persons instead of 3.

The room is clean and comfortable, also no worries because they have a safety box inside the room. The staff are all polite and room service is great.

The hotel needs to upgrade its facilities, floorings, furniture, ambiance and scent. The hotel is quite promising and has a lot of potentials for improvement. The All-day dining has its charm too. Everyone seemed to enjoy the breakfast buffet. The major standout for me is the customer service and relations. Despite of everything, their dedication, service par excellence and human relations are outstanding! Kudos to all of you! Special mention to Sir Jason at the Front Desk! Keep up the great work! There is mold on the bathroom walls, next to where the towels are kept. On the first night, the airconditioner broke. Maintenance took more than an hour to come by. By then, we figured out how to fix it ourselves. The wifi was very slow and half the time non-existent. Phone signal was also weak inside the hotel. Requests made to reception took a long time to be accommodated. The bedsheets were not changed during our stay. We were placed next to the pool and other guests would look into our room.

We always choose hotel 101 because it is accessible to our travel destinations like sm moa, smx, ikea, makati etc..

Happy to stay here. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I will recommend it to my family and friends to stay here. Thank you.

This hotel is ideally located for the SM mall and also the airports. The downsides are: Check in is long, there is a strange system where you check in then have to wait for another teller whilst there are only 2/3 people checking everyone in. Had to have the airconditioner cleaned as it was very dirty. The floor outside the elevator was taped up, the tiles inside our room were also taped down. My thoughts are that it needs a modern update in quite a few different areas.

Located near Mall of Asia, new DFA and NBI office along Macapagal, employees are warm and engaging, will definitely be back and book my next stay.

This is the first i check in past 2pm anr its a long line next time i will check in at least 1pm so fewer line Also during check out there is a checking time before you can finally check out no issue from me but from the couple ahead of me there is something withe with the towel thing…maybe gross after use

Hotel Location is good, staffs are polite. the only problem is that when we arrived at the hotel for check in there is no available room yet for us and we need to wait like almost 1 hr before we got to our designated room. But all in all we enjoy the experience ,MOA is walking distance from our hotel,near 7/11 and jollibee. Very convenient for us.

We are regularly booked at Hotel 101.M. We love the ambiance and also accessible to MOA. Food at Hizon’s restaurant is delicios. Jacuzzi is also relaxing.
