Clean hotel, great bed and many tv channels… If you love airplanes this is the best hotel 😋

Only stayed overnight to rest from a long fligh before my local connection flight. The hotel is budget friebdly and very near the airport, especially near T2 terminal. The only problem is no elevator and we have a couple of heavy bags to carry to 3rd floor.

A little hard to get a grab from there and in a small dead end ally. Clean room

never got to the hotel , my flight was cancelled , tried all options available to see if they could change my date for a fee , but no one answered my emails or phone calls , after a fair few times of trying , in todays modern world it is essencial to have someone to answer all correspondance , to ignore is a sign of bad management and lack of respect to the guest, allowing travellers to change there date due to cancelation is a must , so many hotels out there that do have this option , it goes to prove this hotel is struggling to find guests to stay, maybe if they changed their policy more would book , glad i did not get there to be honest , poor management !

Отель хорошо расположен, чистые номера, приветливый персонал. Но с кондиционера текла вода в номер, был потом, за малым не намочились чемоданы. Принесли полотенца и таз, таким образом убирали течь.

Близко от аэропорта 6 мин на такси , оставались на одну ночь чтобы переждать пересадку , относительно чисто для Азии , номера маленькие , не очень сильный напор воды

Отель новый, но уже есть недостатки. Муравьи в туалете, у друзей не работал кондиционер, меняли номер. Есть холодильник. Заселение только после 15-00, но вещи оставить можно. Нет трансфера, но персонал поможет заказать такси. Отель не большой, поэтому достаточно тихо. Расположен чуть в отделении от оживленной улици, но до терминалов нужно ехать.

Отель чистый! Очень приветливый персонал. Помогли с вызовом недорого такси в аэропорт. Оставляли багаж (зимние вещи, обувь и т.п.) на неделю БЕСПЛАТНО!!! До аэропорта (терминал 3) 700 метров. Район рядом с отелем грязный!!! но неопасный.

首先説服務，服務很好很熱情。吐槽硬件：沒有電梯，扛着大包上4樓。洗澡沒有水……水流微弱的無法洗澡。如果你習慣每天洗澡請不要選這裏。

We stayed there for only 1 night as it was near T3 terminal of Manila International Airport and we had to catch a flight the next day. This hotel was the most high tech hotel that we stayed in Phillipines (we stayed in 4 different hotels across 11 nights). Finger print lock/unlock of main hotel door, smart TV with YouTube, fast internet and futuristic high tech toilet seat which you get to see in Japan. Bed were comfortable and the cooling was nice. We had a good sleep. Both the staff during the night and morning shift were helpful and very hospitable.

Its clean, very close to the airport. Close by there is a shopping center and lot of food option a 7-11 close by. Wish we stayed there more and one day. You can get close to the local culture and taxi ride at 15 mins to the airport. Its exactly like the photos on the neet.

We used this hotel for an over night stop between flights, its proximity to the airport and affordability sealed the deal. Our standard double room was all we needed with air conditioning, a fridge, TV, safe, comfortable bed, good shower and tea and coffee making facilities. Outside local shops and restaurants and a seven 11. The staff were friendly and helpful. We took a Grab to terminal 3 ~ 125PHP.

I cancelled my visit well before I was due to stay by emailing the address provided for this purpose. Received absolutely no response, then got a notification the day before check-in saying "booking confirmed1" and that my credit card had been charged. I emailed again asking what the hell was going on - why had I not received any confirmation of my cancellation and why had my credit card been charged? I finally received a response - "oh sorry! We didn't read the email!" What kind of business are you running if you don't even read your emails??? They told me that I would be refunded. Two weeks later and I have not been refunded, despite following up several times. This hotel obviously provides appalling service and runs their operations in a very sloppy, negligent way. I would not recommend booking with them or having anything to do with them.
