We didn’t have a refrigerator or microwave in our room which was the first inconvenience we encountered. The pillows were full of nothing but air and became flat once you rested your head on it, using 2 caused an odd posture that was uncomfortable long term. Outside is a nice gazebo for sitting throughout the day but with the beer boxes full of empty beer bottles we had to clean it up to sit comfortably. The boxes of empty bottles were there for 3 days going on 4. I told the front desk staff and nothing was done about it, they were actually moved to the outside of the gazebo instead. At night for at least 2 hours the gazebo was not accessible for my family because of the hotel guests that were using it for the consumption of liquor and beer. The outside pool area has a nice setting but the seat cushions were damp to the touch from being left out, soaked after being left out during forecasted rainstorms, they should be brought in at night and set out in the morning for guests to actually enjoy time outside of the hotel room. The breakfast is edible but it takes acquiring a taste for it as far as the egg and sausage products. We usually stayed at the Hampton Inn Denville but the ongoing renovations for over a year have left some amenities unusable that has made us switch locations. For future vacations these Hampton Inn locations will be our last option for our stay.

This was our second time at this hotel. The hotel is in major need of renovation. The elevators were not working so an attendant had to sit or sleep in a chair 24/7 in order to get to your floor. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, the coffee and free breakfast were definitely appreciated and the hotel is convenient to major highways.

Great location! Friendly and engaging staff who reach out to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. The rooms are clean and laid out well. Fitness center is newly remodeled and perfect for early morning workouts. Buffet breakfast is a definite plus.

This hotel is a surprise gem. Excellent free breakfast. Everything was extremely clean and quiet. Has food available for purchase. The staff was extremely friendly. Glad I stayed here for Chiller Theatre convention Oct.25th. Special mention to front desk attendant Hermione. She was outstanding. Hermione was extremely patience and great at doing several things at once. Definitely would stay here again. Thank you Hermione and Hampton Inn for your hospitality.

The stay was amazing and so was Ele from the front desk. She did an amazing job at attending us and the guest in front of us. She speaks so well to others and does a good job at attending people. She never failed to welcoming us back so props to her. We will keep coming back

It was a good stay. We had an issue with the AC in our room but we called downstairs and we spoke with Ele and she helped us by calling maintenance quickly. I have never seen an issue with the AC but the experiences topped that issue off and we enjoyed it.

It was my first time at this hotel. I liked the food they offer and also the pantry they have in the lobby. The only thing is the prices were too high but other than that this place is home far away from home. The girl named Elle at the front desk was very welcoming
