Embassy Suites by Hilton Parsippany

So Jason at the front desk was AMAZING and was very personable and professional. He provided our family with a list of restaurants in area and suggested the hotel restaurant as well. Huge religious convention going on so hotel was extremely packed and as we did not have a reservation we had to accept the rooms available to us. That was fine. We ate in the hotel and the server/manager only person working was GREAT. Food was decent but this man who worked it was right on point. He delivered food, took orders and bussed the tables. All on his own. My complaints would be the following: NOTHING WITH THE STAFF.all were professional and helpful. However, two towels in a room that sleeps four? NO! Couldn’t bother to ask for more because desk was closed. Lamp not working and to be honest for 200 bucks a night not worth it. Room was dirty . We just needed a place to sleep after many many hours on the road but this was truly the most outdated and unkempt embassy suites we have ever stayed in. Elevator not working. Breakfast was not good and should have been a sign to us when there was NOT one person in line for the egg station. Overall I’m sad to say that we always love embassy suites but it is clearly time for them to redo this property and clean it up

I was staying in Hotel with my family which includes 2 year old and 5 year old children from july 11 to July 14. On July 12 I got hurt in room at bottom of my leg while walking and I was bleeding heavily when I saw there was a small glasspiece I found. We called front desk immediately for first aid their response were they are busy. Hotel was booked by my niece as she is local and we are from canada. After this incident we ended up seeing dr in family there and cleaned wouund and did bandages. I was not able to enjoy the wedding I came to due to injury. All I asked them is to issue me a compensation of 3-5 nights as this is huge incident and it wasted my stay and vacation. The lady name Aparna called me and said this is small thing and it can happen she just issued one night certificate and refund one night to my niece. I got email today that even she is cancelling one night instead adding another ones. I reached out hilton corporate Hilton honor but no response and customer safety they thing is a small thing. What if the glass piece hurt to my 2 year old child? .

Gotta get up really early for the omelets. Breakfast menu does not change. Complimentary drinks are from 5-630 but if you're on vacation who's going to be in the room at that time. Only 2 elliptical machines make up the fitness room. The pool is too cold to swim in.

PAID parking but their website says FREE!!! Cheaper to take an Uber from across the street after you unload your luggage, especially at $15.00 a night to park your car in a big parking lot un the middle of nowhere!!! Come on Embassy Suites Parsippany better!!!

Great service, rooms , food . Special thanks to Ms Lindsey reception for cooperation. Food is fantastic , rooms is specious, quiet . Hair dryer, iron , fridge , is available , Lossy with lots greens , we really enjoy to stay here. Pool area, bar , parking is available . Highly recommend for groups , family , solo .

We had a great stay at Embassy Suites Parsippany. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean, great service and decent food options for children and adults. The gym was clean and had sufficient machines. The kids had a blast in the pool.

Paying for parking isn't cool. Having to pay 100 a day to hold the room was unexpected. I left a day early and the day I was supposed to check out, I was not reimbursed as promised via phone. I had trouble because when I got home, I was trying to do grocery shopping with that card before the storm hit. When I got to the counter, I couldn't get what I needed. I only stayed for two nights, paid for three, couldn't use the pool. I left sad overall.

This concept from the 80s or 90s has not kept up. While the room was fine and centrally located and comfortable. Not a bottle of water in the room and the fact they charge $15 for parking in the middle of a suburban parking lot is ridiculous and annoying …borderline scam …for that reason I do not intend on returning. I think the companies that don’t nickel and dime you to death will actually succeed and prevail in the future

We used this hotel for our wedding guests. The air conditioning didn’t work, they forgot about our after party and it was not clean. Avoid this hotel at all costs. All of our guests had a very bad experience at this location with some rooms being as hot as 85 degrees.
