Mythic Paros , Adults Only

I have never given such a bad rating to a hotel before but I feel like I’ve had such a bad experience and I need to share in order for others to not fall prey to this hotel. The property itself is a nice property with an amazing infinity pool view. Service at the pool was average but we let it slide. The room itself was ok (not too big) but the real issue came at night in the room (junior master suite) - the master switch to turn off all the room lights was faulty and every time we switched it off, the lights turned back on shortly after. We escalated to the night manager as we were unable to fall asleep at 12.40am and was told very candidly that they knew this room had this issue all along. We asked why they even sold this room if it caused issues and they said sometimes it was ok and we were unlucky that it was not ok this time around. Mind blown?! At this point of time it was 1am and we were given two choices - shut down the entire room’s electricity (which meant no air con for the night) or change to room. We had a early flight to catch at 5 am so we chose to change our rooms - we were given a small room next to reception which was clearly already used (blankets were on the floor, used towels in the sink along with used glasses). It was spooky but we were tired and had to wake up in 3 hours for a flight so we did not argue. There was a really spooky energy in both rooms (103 and 313) We left the next morning and are trying to seek compensation from the hotel for this. Will update. But please avoid this hotel if you can - or if not, at least these two rooms. I’m not sure if it’s a real “electrical issue” or other spiritual issues. AVOID.

A great experience the hotel is amazing and the staff is very friendly. The only negative part is at the bar, they are very slow.

A stunning hotel. Gorgeous views of the ocean. The pools are lovely, the design is so unique with the sky & ocean. Very beautiful. The restaurant is fantastic .. delicious food with the best views of the coast. Spa offers fantastic treatments snd my massage was amazing. The room was beautifully decorated and so spacious with wonderful amenities and views. The team are so helpful and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The location is stunning with breathtaking views of the sea , the aminities are top notch including pools , spa and great dining options. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted with drinks. The staff were so professional, Efrosini at reception was so helpful, making sure we were perfectly confortable, their experience service truly stands out, overall it is luxurious escape that I highly recommend for anyone seeking relaxation. Can’t wait to return.op

Incredible view ,best location , sunset view ,few mins from the port of POUNDA and Antiparos Mythic is offering very careful and organized concierge experience ! A big thank you in everything they offered me ! My room was supreme suite that is highly recommended !

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Mythic! Staff were all super lovely and helpful. Upon arrival we were given a welcome drink and also notified we were being given a free room upgrade! It seems that there are some rooms that may not be the best (under the pool) but our room was great for us. We ate at the restaurant and bar by the pool where we had some delicious food. The spa was amazing and the pool was great for a refreshing swim. There were some nice little additions such as constant fill up of water and offer of watermelon by the pool. I would say it is maybe a bit overpriced for what it is and maybe not quite a 5 star hotel but the views, especially at sunset, are spectacular and to me make up a bit for the higher price. We would come back again.

I was a little hesitant to book at first because of mix of reviews but was very pleasantly surprised. This was no doubt a great hotel. We had a Supreme Suite Sea View located below the lower pool (think it was 402) Thursday - Sunday in mid-June 2024. Room was clean, AC worked great, and the large slider/patio with ocean views were great. I believe it was a newly constructed room, which was great, but there was a constant sloshing sound that could be heard throughout the night. Couldn’t figure out what it was but assume it was the pool above that room. White noise played at a mid-volume level on the phone was able to balance that out though. The hotel is kind of off beaten path, which is great if you plan to just hang by the pool and leverage the onsite restaurant. If you plan to frequent Naoussa or Parikia, I would suggest getting a car, which they can coordinate for you onsite. That said the hotel offers transfers for €35 each direction in their nice shuttles, which was decent option for getting into town, and they could come back and pick you up for return trip for same cost if needed. Plenty of taxis in town can get you back to hotel too. Restaurant was great for breakfast and the Aegean Breeze drink poolside is a staple. Would skip getting the hot tub room and instead getting the Supreme Sea View Suite room we got.
