Excellent hotel rooms. Excellent lounge. Wonderful spa experience. My only suggestion is decreasing the amount of air freshener in the lobby. The breakfast was very good. The room views are very nice from the regular rooms. The hotel is very close to the beach and in the fall it was busy but also pretty quiet, enjoyable and relaxing.

The room that we were allocated looked nothing like the room that we booked and was pictured on their website. The room was miniscule. This a single room masquerading as a double. It did not have the furniture that should have been in the room. There were no bedside tables, there was no armchair, no coffee table as advertised. The room had a long corridor to make up the square meterage of the room but in fact the habitable area was much smaller. There was no room to get out of bed on one side. Instead of the armchair, there was an ordinary chair. The TV could only be watched from the bed but it was mounted on the wall in such a way that it could only be partially seen. The bathroom had good quality toiletries but when the door was open it completely obstructed the hallway, which in my opinion is a hazard. And for la piece de resistance, check the chewing gum stuck on the top of the bed frame. I was charged £267 for this room and I was refused a partial refund for providing a misrepresented room. Their excuse - there are small differences between rooms. Really? That kind of differences? The manager offered an alternative room in the non-refurbished part of the hotel, in the spa section of the hotel but it was dark, the furniture was tired and it smelled horrible of engrained dirt.

Totally loved it! We went for “Hedonistic package”. Stayed in a suite with a sea view, which was lovely. Comfy bed and pillows, which is important for me. Delicious 3 course dinner at the Raimond restaurant. Alex, the waiter, was amazing! Food menu very interesting and sometimes unusual, but totally delicious. Spa and massages also very good. Drinks near the fireplace in the lobby….great ending to a long day. Thanks a lot! Will be coming back!

We had not visited Hedon Spa & Hotel for a long time. The cozy room, the spa center, and of course the breakfast room were at the most perfect level, and of course the excellent breakfast with champagne! The most wonderful rest in silence! The staff is very responsive. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and go again!

Clean, new and quiet - all you need for a spontaneous SPA-retreat. Just enough to recharge your batteries - stroll at the beach, freeze, go to spa, go to dinner and have a nice sleep. Repeat. We liked Vaikne spaa treatment and salt water pool the most.
