"I booked this hotel from 4-7 July to have a resting place after a long day in universal studio. We took a LYNX bus 42 from MCO airport, 45mins to 1hour and walk around 15 minutes to hotel. The hotel provide a free shuttle bus(20 seater bus) to go to universal studio Orlando at 8.25am(only one timing and will go to other nearby hotels to pick up passengers) and pick up at 6pm(only one timing) from universal studio. I highly suggest to wait at the hotel entrance 10-15 mins before the pick up timing to get seats. No advance reservation needed. Uber less than 10USD back to hotel. We got room 313. Two queen beds, bed is comfy and enough pillows. Enough clothing racks/hanger. Only mini fridge is available in the room. No water kettle. Microwave only available at the front desk Cleanliness was good, from the bedroom to the bathroom. Bathroom amenities are only shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. Housekeeping is done daily. Breakfast is from 6am to 10am, only hard boiled egg, cereals, milk, yoghurt, apple juice, orange juice, bagels, jams, cream cheese, and oatmeal. Free coffee, tea, and hot water 24 hours. Hotel location is pretty far from all attractions. Need to drive or take uber to go to malls and attractions Universal studio 45mins walk from hotel"

"Good value to price. We had a 2 queen room on the 3rd floor. Nothing fancy on the outside, but has everything you need to feel comfortable and unwind in the room. Do note that it may smell a musty if you are very sensitive to smell. Because you are so close to the highway, it gets loud especially on pool side, but also for the location, you're not too far from downtown and the highway to move around orlando. Front desk was friendly and breakfast had a good variety. Would stay again"

"Good location for the exhibition, there are many restaurants nearby, others condition is not so bad, reasonable rate for the room."

"Everything was great except the shower didn't work at all. They sent a guy up and he was able to get the water flowing. I got in the shower after he left and while the water did flow it was scalding hot at all temperature levels. I advised the front desk at checkout, they thanked me for letting them know. I think it would have been nice if they took some off the bill as the reasons for staying in a hotel are literally to sleep and clean-up."
