Hoteller med parkering i Cook County

"James and Freddie helped out a lot broke my phone on my first day and they both was very helpful driving me to a Kd from the phone repair shop"

"Good experience in staying in this hotel. Even though it was a single night, but its location was really good as well as quality of hotel."

"My experience was very comfortable there I didn’t do much but relax while I was there. Eat breakfast in the morning and ordered dinner later in the day."

"Upon check in, I was assigned a room & given keys. We opened the door only to find someone else was already occupying the room. Imagine the fear of the person in that room as we had keys that opened their room door. We had to bring all of our luggage back down to the front desk to get a new room assigned. I booked a king room but was given a room with double beds. When I contacted the front desk, the lady at the front desk was unprofessional and made no effort to address the issue. She told me the hotel is sold out of king rooms and for me to contact Trip.com because Trip.com is the one who booked a double room. The representative from Trip.com was very professional and apologetic and made attempts to rectify the situation. However the hotel did not answer the calls from Trip.com. The room we were assigned was ok. But the ac/heater unit in the room was full of dust. The pillow cases appeared clean but smelled as if it had not been changed between guests. I’ve stayed at numerous Hilton properties and am usually quite pleased. But we were quite disappointed with this Doubletree property."

"Værelset er meget nyt, service til biler er godt, tæt på Lorraine University, og det er sikkert, at gå til stranden ved søen et stykke tid - Og fitnesscentrene er fulde. Der er ikke mange restauranter omkring os, og der er også kinesisk mad."
