"Maladee is honestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It’s a small place, but super warm and welcoming. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated in a modern style, and absolutely spotless — everything felt brand new. What really stood out was the staff. They were so kind and took care of us like family. The location was a huge plus. I’ve stayed in Nimman and the Old City before, but both felt a bit crowded and noisy. Maladee is just a short walk from Tha Phae Gate, but it feels like a peaceful resort. In the mornings, I could hear birds singing, and at night it was so quiet — I slept really well. Another thing I loved was the free afternoon tea and the fun daily activities the hotel offers. It made the whole experience feel extra special. It’s just a 5-minute walk to 7-Eleven, and super close to the Night Bazaar. There are lots of restaurants nearby too, including Michelin-listed ones like Ekachan restaurant. And the hotel’s own restaurant? The food was amazing! Honestly, it was a perfect stay, and I’m already planning to come back."

"I stayed at Chala Number 6 for one night and truly wish I could have stayed longer. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The afternoon tea and breakfast were both delicious, and my spacious room was spotless, well-equipped, and included a thoughtful complimentary mini bar. The bathtub was perfectly sized for a relaxing soak, the smart toilet with a warm seat and Japanese-style functions was impressive, and the shower room even had a carpet to prevent slipping. I also loved the comfortable indoor slippers (so much that I bought a pair for my mom at check-out for 350 THB). Umbrellas and hats were also provided for guests—such thoughtful details throughout. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful Lanna-style décor in the lobby and every corner, creating an atmosphere of peace and calm. The garden, with its old trees and lotus ponds, adds a touch of zen and makes the whole property feel even more serene and beautiful. Chala Number 6 is a true boutique gem, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!"
