Complete business services are available with a grand function hall able to be assembled in any configuration, a collection of meeting rooms with audiovisual support and the business center for all other secretarial needs. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel including the Western and Chinese restaurants. For entertainment, the hotel offers private karaoke suites and a sauna.
"酒店整體服務意識與管理水平嚴重不足。
第一，前台在辦理入住時，前台服務人員主動提出要升級房型，卻要求先預付50元的費用，待退房好評後再返還，用50元來捆綁顧客給好評，吃相太難看，旅遊淡季時酒店免費升級房型本就是常態，況且並非是我主動要求升級的，這種營銷式捆綁既不真誠，也讓人極度反感。
第二，早上6點多就出現各種類似拖拽桌椅板凳的噪音，是持續性的，又這麼早，我住的又是邊户，所以大概率不是入住顧客發出的聲音，導致不到7點就被吵醒了
第三，房間衞生細節堪憂，我所預訂的房間是兩室，小客廳有兩張尺寸高低不一的茶几，為了打牌，搬開後，茶几和沙發下方藏有大量垃圾未清理，枕套沒有摺痕，隱約有黑色絨毛，感覺不像新換的（不確定）
第四，房間飲水機出水量極少，也沒有燒水壺，想泡個茶都費勁。
整體感受：前台衹談錢、不講服務，衞生管理敷衍，體驗感極差。希望酒店正視問題，不要再用這種套路對待客人，真正提升服務與管理。"
