"設施：設計不合理 大堂去房間樓層需要扛着箱子上去這個台階 不知道怎麼想的 你弄個緩沖坡不行嗎？房間水壓太低 導致水太小而且沒有熱水 11月的鳳縣也很冷了 沒有暖氣是否應該裝個浴霸類的制暖 早餐的碗筷由於是塑膠的 黑色一圈圈的痕跡太明顯 是否換一批 一早上看的沒食慾 衞生：晚上睡前 蟲子 早上起來洗手間還是蟲子 洗手間環境不好 布草太差 服務：晚上有貼心的水果和甜品送 但是北方容易冷 想法很好 如果要送甜品可以選擇保温杯 燜燒杯盛 其它酒店有這樣的操作 不然冬天可以省去甜品"
